Blew her/his 2p spamming disgrace-to-all-Aoi-players up with Vanessa's OS 9P, challenged again, got declined, and again a few minutes later, ducked again, so sent a message saying they were blatantly only concerned with rank, and these were the astonishing replies:





To add further context, this player used to eagerly challenge me when I couldn't even get past all the 2p in the first few weeks. Honestly never seen such demented statements ping back through the texts in 3 months of solid play on there I wonder who they were on the old one to end up so estranged, bitter and bogus?

 

Oh troll posts never change. I've seen those types of messages all too many times.

Indeed. "I could care LESS about what some internet idiots think"... why sit there day after day artificially inflating the grade then? They evidently want to be seen as some kind of great VF player, but when you play them, they patently aren't. When they're losing and declining (no connection issues whatsoever, full green bar) to average players like me, testing new characters out, you have to wonder who they actually are playing to get these ranks, if it's not some proxy boost account. No wonder the player base seems small to them...

She ducks me like its no-one's business, when i switched my GT she accepted my challenge again once, then after I beat her she ducked ever since. It wasn't even a beatdown either just a normal win.

Spoken like a man who ducked out from Evo and doesn't know what he's talking about. The only thing that eliminates tournament jitters is going to more tournaments. Online is shit and a poor substitute.

 

I'll offer an anecdote on the SweetSuki discussion. I'm thinking that SweetSuki's account is a shared account, because we did a set a while back on Ranked, which I won 5-2 and whoever was playing sent me a GG message and complimented my Jeff. We then sent a few messages back and forth just chatting about VF, which was pleasant and she was really nice.

Then a little after that, I challenged him/her again, but I used El Blaze this time because I was (and still am) searching for an alt or two. Whoever played that time sent me a message after the match telling me that my El Blaze was terrible and that I don't deserve to be a Barbarian. She was beating me pretty badly in round 5 when she did Sarah's 7K into her flip and flew out of the ring (we were on the wooden raft stage).

I'm giving her the benefit of a doubt and assuming someone else was using her account, because she was nice after the set, but then sent hate mail a couple weeks later. This might be the first case of Jekyll/Hyde complex ever in VF.
