L_A will answer that best, but I think this program is designed for people who already go to WNF but just started playing FS. It also covers people who've never been to WNF, are new to FS, and need extra incentive to show up.

My guess is that you'd be eligible because of your skills, age, desire, and more.

That's just a guess, though.

Great way to bring out new players. Props to LA for doing whatever it takes to grow the scene.

If you started playing in FS and maybe just dabbled in VF5. Someone that played VF5 for a year or so doesn't really count. Rip has played in almost every WNF for FS so far and tonight I paid him $60. He was the highest ranking new player and also beat me one game.

I was there last night and I was the new guy but I didn't get anything because I lost both my matches including in the losers bracket lol

same here, last night was my first vf tourny and i was one freaking round away from Moving out of losers, but kapwan closed it out! but I'm hungry for next week!

No prob it was fun and a learning experience. I noticed we probably could have benefited from having an extra ps3 station So if it's needed next week I can bring my setup with monitor.

I'm going over there for a week on my Vacation. I really want to participate on stream for the wednesday Im over there. I'll be the guy with the ring around his neck lol.

Glad you had fun. We'll have more setups next. Before we shared setups with skullgirls, but with that game no longer a part of the tourney we're able to use those free setups now. No need to bring a monitor.

How was the turnout for this weeks WNF?

We had 16 people, AE had 40 and sfxt had 8.

Not a bad turnout considering its post evo and alot of regulars were missing at WNF due to comicon. Im sure there will be ore next week, no doubt.

As long as we get more than that piece of turd I'm happy.
