WHY R THERE SO MANY BAD AOI PLAYERS ONLINE

Well, 'sides me and SilentNephilim...stateside? I have no idea. Oh yeah, Khan Rhan uses Aoi; I think. I started using Eileen again in Players though (not that I'll be MarlyJay or anything).

 

Yosuke uses Aoi as well.

And I use Aoi too, but I'm not really good at her.

 

You can't Beat Seed anyway Son and you kinda weak On D LOL!. GT is not a "Main" Aoi player to me. When tourney time rolls around i highly doubt he use Aoi to go in to battle.

This is where you see switchnation come into play...
In tournaments i've Seen Seed use 3 different characters with funds on the line,I've seen Akmaal use eileen to beat Adam Yuki in a tournament with funds on the line,
I've seen Denkai use other characters in tournament with funds on the line.


I'm not disrespecting Gt at all on his Aoi but i haven't seen him use Aoi...I've battled his Jacky though.

 

Seed has/had? Aoi on lock, ain't even a question. It's probably going to be real fucked up if R come out(which it's not hahah) cause Aoi got powered up like she even needed that shit.

EDIT: Seed's reading can be through the roof, it's like he would just KNOW wtf you were going to do. That shit is embarrassing sometimes.

best Aoi's online is Seed, Yosuke, Carolina Panther and Kingo in my opinion. If I had to sum them up I'd say;

Seed - Beast
Youske - the name says it all
C. Panther - Great mix ups, but get's to passive when pressured
Kingo - 50/50... great offense and defense

 

you guys have missed the point on this thread so I'm going to help out with a test you can do yourself.

Begin a fight with an Aoi player as normal and in the middle of the round (or even beginning) stop doing anything. don't do a thing. see how long it takes them to notice. I'll bet it's at least a round and a half but sometimes the Aoi player is soooo into their buttons and patterns that they don't even know for two whole rounds. then they pause and think, what happened? it's quite funny.

you can do this with a bulk of players but it's funnier with Aoi because they just don't stop. ever.

^ I already know the results of this and it's even funnier that out of the players Konjou mentioned only one of them will actually realise what's happening.

 

I'm surprised that you all say that about Aoi players...
I must not be playing her to correct way, I guess.
To me, Aoi seems like a character that has a very fragile and limited offensive, so I usually poke, use throws and reversals while watching what the opponent is doing.
So I'd notice right away.
I can notice when people are going easy on me after a few rounds, too... >.>
