what i mean is a roleplaying type of fighter like shumune but with a lot more fighting and freedom to do what you want.

Hwang Jang Lee should of won in Drunken Masters it would be cool the first bad guy to win in a kung fu movie

I guess the closest thing to that would be the Quest Mode in the Tobal series.

Kurosawa and the dude with the 3 section staff were the only reasons to look at that game. Kurosawa was awesome - he was so ghetto it was refreshing..the way he would swing..and 3 section staff - one of the best "skill" weapons out sooo cool! How come this weapon is not in more games?????????!!!!!

The guy in the red biker suit with the 3 sticks chained together was named Yusaku. He was the "hero" of the game.

Fighting game with Limb damage is Bushido Blade series.

What fighting games need in the future, is smarter AI or more competition.

Fighting a really smart AI, like in Chess is fun, but fighting stupid AI is damn boring, like TTT, DOA2, VF3. Even if I turned the AI to the hardest setting, they are still a walkover.

More Competition is defenitely better for fighting games as well. I am happy with Virtua Fighter, with more characters and more moves. As long as the game characters are balance and ain't cheap, it should be good.

Also how is VF4 a step backward to VF3 ? If you are referring to less undulation, that's hardly a step backward, Sega just gives what the fan wants, which is a flat Square ring.

If you mean no E button, I always thought, that E buttons features can be implemented with Joystick movement instead. And escape move is still there.

If you mean no Taka, you probably got a point there, but...

What do you mean VF4 is a step backward compare to 3 ?

It's alright really. It's just that I agree with some of the points that you made anyway and, if you don't reply to the person you were discussing with you'll loose your argument. No harm done mate.

I think VF and Tekken will always rule, no fighter comes near that game!
