Don't start a fight over shit like this ffs. He tried to complain about the filesize which was valid actually. Yes he's vocally impaired and sometimes says weird things but just seems to have trouble expressing himself (omg please don't break my face now Random!) but ffs - nobody needs this in the UK scene imo. Every thread I see from the UK it's always this kind of shit - you're fucking up your scene - atleast to the eyes of an outsider.

Pull it togheter guys, it's just a fucking ps2 game at the end of the day. Games are to have fun - not ego boosts or platforms for showing how tough irl you are (cause just trying to prove it on a videogame forum says you aren't by default).

Edit: I really liked the games btw for what it's worth.

BK, yea that match was dry, ive seen ryan play a lot better, it was just funny to see how he probably lead you in to a sence of false hope. can i ask you if that was the highlight of you and ryans play, or just the only 5 rounder youve saved???

also i know its team norbury, dont go on like youve got to teach me anything, the beauty of english is how you can change tone an contecx for other meanings, duhhh.

also my advice is sound, its real simple if you think about it, smaller files, mean more files!

and im not saying im gonna beat anyone up jide so, get off that, its boring, ive had enough of people "reading" that im theating mans when it aint the truth.

well its a shame it seams like im "fuckin up the scene" but the fact of the matter is, i dont like people being rude.

i was saying somethings about the files and the play on them, you then dont go be rude directly to me, im making a coment on the state of play i saw on those files, and how they was done (swerlly sounding, yuck) but if anything, who is AA to tell me about my posts???

just look at the contempt from some one like onny, who is just spaming away with his little coments, when he and i have already had words b4 about his rudness!!!

anyways who cares, last time i heard, all of team norbury got beat at VF by a 12 year old kid???

Kiwe 7.6 megs is one of the smallest file sizes i've seen of vfdc for a match and if people who are on 56k that's bad luck i'm afraid.

Also i feel about if it is "just a game" that isn't it best just to play each other.

This isn't fucking up any Uk scene tbh /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Right, all this is just water under the bridge stuff...its not like its life and death but it does go abit over the top at times.... to be frank, Random is always very expressive, thats him and thats all good so people ganging up against him online saying he`s speaking out of his blah blah blah serves no purpose....

About Team Norbury, well they`re good peoples, i wasnt there at the last meet at onny`s coz i wasnt invited so i dont know where all this bad blood is steming from.....i just avoid this drama and let the joystick and reflexes do the talking

You see your advice is probably sound if it was directed to at 25 mb file the fact is it's a 7.6 mb file where your knowledge of sound or picture quality doesnt mean squat. So before you come to this thread and start complaining for no reason go to some of those other media threads where it requires you to download 30mb per match and moan there instead.

Something you fail to understand is that it was me and bk that captured it and it is my capturing equipment so when your offering advice to him it's also directed at me and seeing how you post to people in other threads i'm not really surprised if you have had any comments from me.

Yeah sorry. Didn't check the filesize myself (was torrenting when dl'ing the latest batch) until now and you are right. They are small filesizes (even though stereo) so my bad. I'll take anything up to 15mb as no big problem - who is still on a 56k @2004 anyways? ^__^

Btw, I once upon a time tried to start up a thread about capping (but nobody replied ). I'm pretty much clueless myself on what compression to use and just go with Xvid 1pass CBR 600-800 in Virtualdub mostly.
Still think you guys seem to fight alot though but hope it's all fine. Next time I cap I'll try to start up another discussionthread about filesizes / compression etc (I'm really curious to what others use).

besides at a rough guess, 15sec at 488Kbits per sec, is 7320Kbits, plus if it was in mono you would of saved 32Kbits X 128sec, =4096Kbits, total is 11416Kbits, but divide that by 8 and you get 1427KBytes, thats just shy of a meg an a half, and just shy of 19% of the total file size, so thats is a big difference, but then again, it was just advice.
