WCG West/East Brackets

I'll qualify if I deserve to qualify. This is a tourney, so it shouldn't be taken lightly.

To be one of the 10 WCG Finalists and hang with the VFDC crew (hopefully in NYC) would be another great experience.

Well, from my experience, you better message and confirm with your opponent one day before the schedule. I was waiting for like 45 minutes and be ready online 15 minutes ago. 1 hour long waiting really killed me......

And I learned if the opponent didn't reply you and never show up by the appropriate time, just go report the result with a picture proven. Don't west your time with someone who doesn't care about this tournament. Good luck everyone~

 

I can understand how someone doesnt take this seriously since its ONLINE and online breaks alot of shit in the game. If this were an offline tournament, I think more people would take it more seriously.

On a more serious note, if my opponent for tonight happens to read the boards . . . WCG site is totally fubar (MySQL error), so I can't contact you.

If anyone from WCG happens to read this, like I said on the IRC support channel, I know some qualified people who could help you run your shit correctly.

I have been opening the bracket for a while. I can tell you your opponent's name ang log in name. unfortunatelly, it may not be the gamer tag though.

How about just consider this online tournament is a threshold to earn a hang-out tick with VF community~
Maybe it's much a easy way to face and relax.

 

It sounds like Yosuke probably has an ID issue need to clarify.
But Ray, actually you should check with him before the schedule started just like what you did to me right?? Especially the match was on Tue which means you had an entire Monday could figure out.
I didn't mean to interrupt anything man, but I just felt you had more experience than anyone else since you belonged to US final last year. There is no meaning to discuss after the result has came up.

Thanks guys - finally got on to the wcg site & was able to get his email address and gamertag (which is of course slightly different from his login thats shown in the bracket).

If there's still a big hole in the bracket after tonight, whoever wins between konjou and flash is welcome to PM me if you want to play tomorrow /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif I'm not worried about it either way, kind of hard to take things seriously at this point.

Might as well just forfeit and save some time for dojo, your not even in that level to learn anything from him the match is just going to be a blur.

"Matches are scheduled for 7:00PM CENTRAL. Matches are best 2 out of 3. Please open a support ticket if you need any additional assistance."

It's all good, I actually created a support ticket yesterday morning just incase, and it is best 2 out of 3.

 

Damn i totally missed my game. Dude did'nt even send a invite or nothing but he was quick to call it in. Oh well i could give 2 shits about online play now being that my timing is totally thrown off. I would've still whipped his ass lol!.
