    Contradicts what I've heard that IG were no longer going to be a part of KI and that a new developer was being (or has been) brought in

    As for VF I honestly have no idea at this point, plenty of speculation with the recent trademark and then Markmans comments.

    This is what I'm thinking, too.

    And the visit with SEGA? It probably was VF related, to ask for their approval and/or support ($) to include VF5FS at Evo Japan, but now with the final titles being announced:



    ... I think we can all guess what SEGA's response was.

    A new VF would really set itself apart from most of the other fighting games out now. This is the best time to keep it REAL!

    Why would he need permission or support to run a side-tournament? And why would Sega say no? People are already treating "Sega refused to let VF be at Evo Japan" as fact, sadly.

    He wouldn't, and that's not what I implied. I was speculating that he approached them in regards to having VF5FS as an official title at Evo Japan.

    I've seen the date and so he said that after MK11 reveal right?

    Well if he meant new FG hope it's VF6 (not Tekken X SF lol)
