dude's got VF4 version B, which is a little different from the PS2 version.
Unless you play shun di, it probably won't be too bad.

 

Actually, the VF4 Evolution Perfect Guide from Softbank, which I got today from Jamall (2 day shipping for $5, what a deal), HAS THE FRAME TIMES FOR EACH MOVE as seen here:


The perfect guide also has some new CG? as seen by my avatar. Overall, great mook/book.
