I'm thinking about NEC, but venue fee is $20, plus tournament entry fees? That could get pretty steep.

 

VF fee was like $5 last time so it's not too bad. Depends on how many games you feel like playing though. I've been to 2 of them now and always felt it was worth going no matter how much I spent.
