Anyone going to Magfest this weekend? starts today!

 

I out the Newport News/Hampton VA. area and I'm thriving for competition. Where are these tournaments held and can anyone give me any advice in entering ar where to go.

 

There's one in Greensboro NC this Saturday. Magfest is somewhere in the DC area, so that's closer to you, but will cost more to get in.

Will likely start early, around 1-2pm. It is set to start same time as CvS2. (which is always held first) The place opens around noon. I plan to be there around noon.

It's held at Lucky's in Greensboro.

$5 door free, right now I'm planning a $5 entry fee to try and get more people to come.

There will be other games there as well, one reason I'm running early. Including NGBC, KOFXI, GGAC, 3s, and Arcana Heart.

Maaan, from what I read I think they're console exclusives, but....Why Star Wars characters this time?? Hell I wouldn't mind if it were another Tekken character or one of Namco's Tales of characters.
