Ok, I am going to reply to Mr. AKIRAGR there, who posts in greek just for the moderators notto understand what he is saying. Oh. and he also says that only online or not gambling games are banned and that my info on the subject is not correct. Well u dumbass, did u know that yesterday a net cafeowner was arrested because some of his clients were playing fifa2002 and counterstrike or that a videogames shop owner was threatened to be arrested unless he stopped the demo on the ps2 he had in his shop's window? all that did not come out of my mind u idiot, but from a greek newspaper with huge sales in greece (Eleutherotupia). So who is the idiot know. And of courseI exxagerated by using words like fascism. I never said that Greece is a fascistic nation,akiragr, but this law surely is. To answer CreeD's question, stores are still allowed to sell videogames but as I said it's a risk to demo them in public...........completely idiotic.

 

As i said before the illegal machines are banned not consoles,not videogames.As about the part you say about the greek videogames store of course they are still working that law vava is saying about has already voted and hasn't been in use for a loooooong time.I work on a videogame store myself and they haven't bothered me at all with this law so i believe i was perfectly clear in my first statement that electronik entertaiment is not illegal in greece and of course all shops that is working with this specifik part of the global trade are legal so please listen to reason and forget all this nonseanse that vava is spreading about.

eleytherotypia the last two months is writting about the arrest of the terrorist group of 17november i dont think they have the time to write about fantastic insidents like the one you are descriping.

Ok lets make things clear here. Their is nothing mention in the law about consoles and video games so chill out they cant do that.The truth is that many people had internet cafes with casino games hidden in the cpu's of the cafe which is illegal also many others had internet cafes without paying a tax for the cpu's now the tax is pretty high to own a netcafe. Thats all i dont understand what got in to u vavavum did u ever think that they can come to your home and tell u stop playing lol Greece is a free country we created democracy and the free word and action are you out of your mind. And after all many games have been ban for many countries but never from greece never.

it's a play off the word elite, which means sort of the best of the best.
leet online usually means something else though, it's a word hackers used to use instead of words like cool. And the more retarded younger crackers would write things in a way to make it look more, well.. elite. Like saying 3l33t instead of elite. Or even 31337. Or even 3|L33-|- ...it's pretty lame.

Speaking of lame, I liked that elite usage of periods. It reminds me of this elite irc quote.
