VF5R Movies

Hey VFDC. This being my first post and all, I thought I'd make it something useful and/or cool. And I'm guessing that this is the right place to post this. (If not, then I deserve a Basara to the stomach /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif)

I've looked in the VF5R movies thread and done a search of the forums, and I've noticed that nobody seems to know about Zoome.jp for VF5R videos!

I've been going there for months now and it's pretty much the only place I go anymore to watch VF5R matches. The videos there are even higher quality than the ones on Nicovideo.jp and you don't even have to make an account to watch anything. Everyday, there are twice as many (if not more) matches uploaded on Zoome than on Youtube, and like, 6 times more than Nicovideo. (Youtube has more "Amazing" matches from well known players though.)

Also, I consider myself a devout Goh player (and a dang good one at that too /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif), so for all of the other Goh players on VFDC, here are a few links to some of Zoome's most active VF5R Goh players:

There are a number of other Goh players as well, but they don't post matches as often. And of course, there are people uploading matches of every other character as well... I just pretty much only care about Goh matches and the occasional Jean match.

Anyway, I just wanted to mention this site to everyone here on VFDC. There are tons of great matches on Zoome, and the audio and visual quality almost make one feel a little closer to having VF5R... okay, not at all... But they're still nice to watch. Enjoy!

After further investigation, I think the UBB errors are some sort of weird problem that my Computer was having in regard to posting on this site. So yeah, it's my problem (My computer is just a master of weird errors...).

Using IE just seems to let me bypass the error.

Anyway, I'm just glad everyone knows about Zoome now. It's a great site! - Oh, and also, heres a couple of good matches:

Thank you for this. The quality on the vids are just amazing and there is a huge selection to choose from. Randomly searching for Akira vids right off the bat it was a Homestay Akira match which I have not seen posted on Youtube yet. Yeah I think I'll be scouring through these vids and visiting this site quite often.

The Brad combo at 2:55 is more impressive because it's not escapable in at least two ways

 

Hip hip hooray! I can access this from school! No proxy reqired! Although it is a bit (VERY) slow, but that's Australia's fault. First thought: Fuuuuucccccck! Me want to play VF5R NOW! Even if it's in an arcade in Japan, if that's the only thing possible. Woah.
Second thoughts: Why does it cut out like that? Why does it slow the internet down? etc.
Third thoughts: I think I've got the wrong computer. This doesn't have the right Flash. Fuck!

Wow, I seem to have affected the VF5R match uploading universe! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

Zoome's all over Youtube now O_O! Ogikage's posted some matches from Zoome and posted a number of account names from great players like Koedo! That's awesome! I had no idea Koedo had a Zoome page... and I've been going there for months... xD (Thanks Ogikage! ... is he a member on VFDC?)

It's great that everyone knows about Zoome now. I'm just glad that I could share this info with VFDC.

Hey there FaisonI ! It's always nice to meet another Goh player (He just rules, eh?). And yeah, he is truly hard to master, but it's so rewarding to do so (Not that I'm a "Master" Goh player yet either /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif ). I wish I could play VF5 online! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cry.gif Oh well, I'll get a 360 in a couple months... I guess I can wait that long.

Hey again VFDC. Thought I'd share another link. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif I did another search of the forums and nothing came up, but forgive me if it's already been posted /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/whistle.gif

This one's for the Goh players! (Or anyone who enjoys great matches... that involve Goh.)

[Click Here] Best Bout Movie - It's a really small site (Literally xD) and oddly designed, but it's the only place where the Goh player Mana (まーな) posts his matches. He's a fantastic Goh player, and you can see a number of his older matches from VF5 on Youtube and a few VF5R ones there too.

They only have 2 matches availible at a time on Best Bout Movie (Which is annoying). Currently they have: Goh (Mana) VS Lion (Saibo) & Goh (Mana) VS Goh (Bero) . Bero is another amazing Goh player. I wish he'd post his matches somewhere!

I think Best Bout Movie requires a specific browser plugin, Windows Media Player 11 (or something similar), but that shouldn't be too hard to install /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif

They have some Tekken 6: BR matches on there too (Along with some SC3 matches currently) as well. Tekken's not my thing, but for any Tekken 6 fans here, maybe they're good matches?
