The stagger from the roll doesn't guarantee any followup hits in VF5 and I don't think it does in R either.

I've got her blog, if you want to see it. She's a handball player, Nothing to do with VF yet. From what I saw with her blog.

This is what the Crybabies wanted so expect this game to get Dumbed down considerably. Ninja Gaiden 2 Got the same treatment and Halo 3 so this is no exception. LEts just hope Sega has a better Damage scaling in Ver B.I like them though because they can only be done against a wall. So get your defense right or play without a ring.

LOL KiwE...I was like 'I'm gonna see myself some Wolf comboz' and that was one combo, one throw, a smack and the round is over...sounds about right though (Wolf style)

    ...cool nevertheless

yea what you said was so true SDS_Overfiend1...having your back against the wall was a dangerous place to be in VF5...its even more dangerous in R...like you said yah just gatta step your defense game up...I disagree with the game being dumbed down doe..some of those combos are quit difficult to pull off esp that Vanessa 1...you have got to be a real sucka to have your back against the wall vs. Jeff and get caught by that big stupid Spartan kick..I think the high wall combo damage adds another way of playing and adds more pleasure to actually catching someone against the wall...if you look at the Pepsi blah blah blah tournament it didn’t look like the insane wall combo damage was hurting the pros at all. It’s not like in Tekken 6 when one juggle and the game can be over or anything drastic like that…..with stages featuring walls, half walls and no walls it gives you the ability to play how you want….to me this just adds more strategy and makes the game even more deep...but honestly...WOLF COMBOS PLEEZ!!!!

    Thanks for the link!
Yeah, her blog is 'about what she watches, what she listens to and what she reads' in her own words.

That makes me wonder if she really is that player after all...

If you're not 10 years old (which would explain a lot of your posts) then could you do us all a favor and not do drugs before you post? K, thanks /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbs_up.gif

Remember, drugs are bad /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbs_down.gif mmmkay.

On topic: I wanna be like that Lau player when I grow up /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Holy crap Tony, in that Wolf Jacky vid, it shows Jacky doing a low wall-throw. It's the same as his full-wall one but I had no idea he could do that.

I swear, Debaser only uploads vids where there's a lot of throw breaks lol. He doesn't even care how the rest of the match is, as long as it has 3+ throw breaks in it.

@ Biggz, wanting to play Jean now? So does that make you, gay? Or?

^Hahaha, they changed the animation on the wall throw break again. Makes more sense now. Makes Jacky look even more like a fool now :'(

That Jacky is real solid. Definitely shows how strong Bill Jee can be. Thanks for upping that.

EDIT: They really did beef up Beat Knuckle. That combo he did was 12 more points of damage than what you could do on Lau in 5.

Jeff's item winpose and repeated Threat Stance Hit Throw combos against poor Taka for 90~109 points each. That said Taka does plenty hurting of his own /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

I liked that music for that stage more than the default one.

Good match. Taka's got some sneaky mixups they're starting to use. I dig.
