All hitboxes in R are like that It's ridiculous. On one hand, it's good that it doesn't have the same amount of glitchy hitboxes as VF5, but they've went too far in the other direction.

Taka Arashi vs Lau
Because Lau's neutral throw vs Taka cannot be followed with a down attack does it do more damage on just the throw part? P+G did 33 against Taka with no chance for a light down attack.

It's looks like you can struggle out of the stagger after the shoulder.

 

That's not a reversal. It's a new move for R.

 

It's and it avoids highs....plus other stuff....extremely well. I'm fairly sure it never clashes with throws as well.
