In the 4th round Wolf does his short shoulder and Akira blocks leaving him at +15. Akira does DE but Wolf managed to evade it.

Sweet, first time I've noticed shiniha (16P+G) does 55+5 instead of 50+10 now.

And I was hoping DE would be -3 instead of -5 (wishful thinking), but 13 frames seems like a good compromise.

 

On block I thought SDE was -5, DE was -4.

I was pretty certain that it was -5, but didn't actually notice it in the earlier match - but according to this video, at 1:13 it shows the DE as 13f and -5. You might be mixed up by the +4 on hit, as DE doesn't seem to get blocked a whole lot now.

 

Im also pretty sure Sarah touched the ground near the edge long enough to exact recover from it.

Wow is Akira's standing now 12 frames instead of 11? You can see it in the last 3-4 seconds of the video.

 

no exact recovery there buddy... you go bye bye if you are a light weight and eat that move as a counter hit on an open stage.

Yeah, everyone has 12f jabs in R except for Lion, Kage, Eileen and Pai who have 11f if my info is correct.

No, I can't make sense of the 11f character selection either.

 

pretty stupid to make only 4 characters out of like 17 have this kind of advantage. Hopefully they make is 12f all across the board.

 

Can't believe people are complaining about DE being -5. You serious?? You can fuzzy guard at -5, and it's a 13 frame mid attack with decent range!

 

Pai and Eileen = small, quick ladies
Kage = NINJA!
Lion = ???

 

In regards to Lion, maybe it's because he doesn't punch, he finger-pokes. Finger-pokes are way faster than punches... or maybe it's an 11f slap.
That would just be zuperrrr! XD

 

I think he just needs to move Lion up into the small, quick ladies category. Then it all makes sense.
