    Sarah: PP2K looks like it's gone. At the half walls with her back to it? PP2K was too good, sure it was unsafe if you guarded it, but man it comes out fast and getting like 85pts on normal hit from it was some good shit even though the setup doesn't happen often. Fair loss.

    2K is now standard low kick command, instead of 1K(which is new dragon input)

    3KK is new jackknife command.

    3PK is better now because of 3PP which the 2nd hit is mid, no more people ducking on reaction and Sarah losing.

    It appears that the while rising K+G knee have been changed to just K instead of K+G. That's kind of scary input wise, for mistakes.

    3P+K bitchslap I think takes a drink point, and from the videos I've seen it reaches pretty low so this definitely a good much needed vs Shun move, especially with it's CH flop thing going on.

    FL K seems to be back to a single hit now(from video viewing), so those that were fast enough to sabaki the 2nd part of the auto 2 hit can't anymore. But, FL K is no longer special high.

    FL 6K knee should make up for not having the special high. That 2nd hit of the knee to the followup, both are mid.

    What is F-type FL P6K+G?

    Looks like the Step Stance move list has been reduced, but looks more useful. The catch throws are in Step, atleast the gatling kick beat is. There's a P+G and 41236P+G(which I'm guessing is gatling command). Even though Step Stance is currently rare to pull off, I'm goign to miss the 3 mid kick and double circular high, for the oki setups. Step might come out more often now that it's got some more rewarding stuff.

    Having sweet pain at 41236P+G and gatling at the same command is easier to not lose time.

    It's probably just a mistake that the df was put in the movelists.
    EDIT: Sorry, I missed the first hit being just P, too. Oh well.

    More like many fighters have been dumbing down the depth of the system as well as reducing the number of difficult moves. Like the system's depth and the technical moves are one and the same. Which is really 2 top 3D beat-em-ups - Tekken (Tekken went to the ruins after taking out what was wrong with T4 instead of fixing the relatively simple problems) and DOA (DOA4 is potential not reached. DOA3.1 is DOA's pinnicle; it reinforces the "easy to learn, hard to master" philosophy of Team Ninja).

    In the case of VF5R, yes they're reducing the difficulty in moves, but they're also adding more depth to the actual system.

    Depth > Difficulty.

    I'm happy they changed the 6p in DLC, it was the hardest part of the move! I don't mind about the change input change in AS3 either, i'll always input it 2k+g6k46p anyways /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

    EDIT: Looking at the command list now, i noticed Akira has two new attacks from Teirou Kanpo ( 1p+k+g or 6p p+k+g ). One is P+G, maybe thats a throw... the other is P+K, fuck knows what that could be. I see lots of other new inputs too but i haven't a clue what most of them are.

    2_3P+K is new shoulder ram input right?

    I noticed the same thing... I agree. Maybe they will make it a little harder for Shun to maintain his drink count... It will probably be easier to deplete his drinks in R as he looks like Shun has more ways to get drinks in R...

    Just a thought...

    Doh P+K is the sabaki, for some reason I totally forgot about that move while i was reading the command list. The P listed underneath it is probably the follow up, I find it pretty weird that they have made that move easier... 6p wasn't that hard to input /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

    Also, I'm guessing Burning Driver (the hit throw from Ogre Chop when behind the opponent, both of which have now gone) is also done with the same motion as Burning Hammer from the front.

    I'm unsure about the Rolling Sobat command. It says /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif, but that wouldn't make sense, as surely that would have been placed further up in the list.

    Can't wait to try out the new command inputs (Unfortunately, I have to wait a looong time, but, you cannot change it).

    It's somehow annoying to make so much inputs for Akira different, I liked him the way he was. Of course adding/deleting/nerfing some moves is okay, but this is way too much.

    - To move forward in FL you now need 2 /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gifs instead of just 1.

    - /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif must now be that knee, front kick series that I've seen people use. It looked better than the knee launcher from 5 which was something I never liked to use anyway with it being slow at start up and easy to punish and all.

    - /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif..... In 5 this was part of her /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif series which jumped over (some) lows and comboed naturally. Which now makes me wonmder what this move is.

    - No more /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/ub.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif for the somersault. It seems to be just /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/ub.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif now.


    I'm so juiced about Sarah.

    I didn't see a mention of /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/ub.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif in the movelist, so that means it's still the somersault.

    People use /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif for these moves so they can register as quickly as possible, since it will register immediately as the attack with that corresponding direction, and never as a jumping attack.
