I Think the move is in his arsenal without PT. It came out without seeing a buffer. Nice Work Adio. I love the detail dude.

By chance I've stumbled upon a potentially informative Brad focused blogger by the name of "Tamasakemajin". Google just isn't translating the website as well as I'd like it to and I'm far too knackered anyway to make any assumptions.

If anyone would like to give translating this blog a go then they're welcome to try and would have my sincere thanks in advance.

    Edit: You're welcome SDS_Overfiend1.

Yes, thank you Adio. I was going to update, but not with listing every video and giving the times. I'm glad that you took the time to do it. [IMG]

Not much more information to add, but it seems like Brad's two jab combination with the leading hand that he can enter a stance from ends with his old [3][3][P][P]. That, and he gained a new two-hit series that causes the opponent to bounce in a Brad vs. Vanessa vid. I'm not sure if he still has his old [P][+][K].

I'd like to add that [4][6][P][+][K] wasn't guaranteed after the Position Change move from the clinch. And wasn't [1][K][+][G] -3 on hit in R? It was +3 in this video.

That elbow seems to be the replacement for his old Slipping Left [P], and that other "elbow" was his Rising Upper. It didn't leave him backturned.

In this video we see the new teep kick from Ducking which may have replaced his knee and a new punch from Slipping Right which may have replaced Slipping Right [P]. It was +7 on counter hit in this video. My guess is that it's either half or full-circular.

Ok, I've had some rest and I thought I'd have a go at piecing some info together from that blog I found earlier.

"Tamasakemajin", the blogger, was kind enough to comment on the Brad vs Brad clip I mentioned before. I think he may have even been the one who fought Itoshun...It's hard to tell. But if it was him then he has even more of my gratitude. I'll be using this clip as a reference where applicable.

0:33/2:00/2:34/2:39 = It turns out that that new double mid short uppercuts from Ducking stance that flops the opponent on the second hit is actually Ducking: [P]+[K][P], NOT Ducking: [P][P]...I'll try to make less assumptions in the future.

0:46/1:34/2:24 = The input for Brad's new four hit punch string from Ducking which he can re-enter the Ducking stance from on the second and fourth hits (that I know of so far) is Ducking: [P][P][P][P].

0:47/1:30 = The new standing four hit punch combo (jab, jab, short uppercut, uppercut) is [P]+[K][P][P]; the first input consists of the two jabs.

0:58 = It appears that the moves from the Clinch may actually be made up of throws. You may recall that before I mentioned that I thought it was weird that a seemingly identical knee from the clinch would do 5pts of dmg in one situation then 10pts or 15pts in another? Well, it turns out that the Position Change from clinch is [4][P]+[G] and consists of a knee and the Position Change action for a total of 15pts. The other clinch options may be throw inputs too, maybe even throw combos.

    1:54 = Brad's jumping elbow that was Ducking: [P]+[K] in R is now [9][P]+[K].

Now for some random points that I gleaned directly from the blog:

    Clinch is Ducking: [P]+[G].

The new standing [P]+[K][P][P] string may have [P]+[K][P][2]/[8][P] variants including the retreating hook finisher which is apparently [P]+[K][P][4][P].

[4][K]+[G][K] has been removed. It wasn't clear to me whether [4][K]+[G] is gone too.

[6][6][P]+[K][P] and its [6][6][P]+[K][2]/[8][P] variants have been removed too. Again, it's not clear if [6][6][P]+[K] has also been removed.

My sincere thanks goes to Tamasakemajin.

[IMG][3][P] is intact as far as I can tell. The new elbow in question that leaves Brad with his back turned can be seen in this Brad vs Vanessa clip at 1:26. Note that it hits high and is immediately followed with [2][P] from back turned.

OK, that's a different move entirely. What it looked like to me was his new [4][P][+][K] he received in R followed by a new derivative in FS. This was the two-hit series that resulted in a bounce that I talked about earlier. I think that his BT [2][P] is an elbow utilizing his arm closest to his rear, but this elbow seemed to be one where he swung through with the opposite arm. It might not be off of his [4][P][+][K], but a new move.

    Brad vs Shun: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgIzCe3QHC0

1:00 = It doesn't look like Brad needs to crouch anymore to perform what was [IMG][4][K]. Personally, I didn't see Brad buffer a crouch.

2:34 = Brad hits with what was Long Ducking: [K]+[G] from Ducking stance. It seems that it no longer floats, rather it knocks down via a seemingly new animation that doesn't provide an opportunity to follow up with an attack.

There's definitely a backward crouch dash when he does the [IMG][4][K].

Maybe I've lost the "eye" but I just didn't see that Brad buffer [IMG][4][K] via the usual [2][1][4] or [1][1][4] methods.

Another example; here's a clip vs Sarah that I commented on earlier: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Luc_-zVyM-4

2:21 = Notice that there's no crouch dash here either, merely a back dash.

It's not buffered in that first vid so it's easy to see the backwards crouch dash animation, in that vid vs Sarah I don't see anything like that. Maybe he buffered it during the backdash animation.

We'll have to agree to disagree with regards to the first example. With regards to the second one though; Brad performed a back dash, not a crouch dash, so [IMG] couldn't have been buffered, [2] sure, as part of say [4][1][2][3][6] or [8][4][2][6], but not [IMG].

    Ok, here are more examples.

1:45 = Brad seemingly performs [IMG][4][K] whilst standing. Do you see a crouch, buffered or otherwise? I can't.

0:36 = In this instance Brad is clearly standing and is stationary whilst performing [IMG][4][K] after landing from that jumping kick. However, according to what Reno has posted in the FS info thread; you're considered crouching after landing from a jump...so this particular example isn't as conclusive as I'd hoped. Whether the rule applies if you performed an attack whilst jumping (in this case one made near the apex not whilst landing) isn't mentioned.

Adio, I've seen players perform attacks that need buffering and make it look as if the player just did from standing. Some examples are Akira's Double Palm, Lau's while rising K and Goh's shoulder ram.
Not sure if the input for that attack has changed or not but it's kinda hard to tell from these vids.

Sure, if anything I was just raising a point for discussion that caught my eye. It's no big deal. I'm certain we'll receive info on the new moveslist sooner rather than later.

Personally I would've preferred a varying degree of damage to be attributed according to the opponents distance from the wall. Say, the further away the opponent is the more damage they'd receive (the harder it is to follow up with an attack), which would scale down from say 15pts to 5pts the closer the opponent was to the wall when thrown. But to be honest, from what I've seen of clips from R Brad was capable of dealing out some obscene damage from a wall splat. I can't see that changing much in FS, if anything the damage loss was to make up for his greater damage potential.

Anyway. El Blaze vs Brad: http://zoome.jp/elblaze8460/diary/78

0:34/0:39/2:06/2:36 = It seems that Brad's Sway Back: [K] from R is still in and floats.

I see where you are getting at, he does seem to have more to his arsenal now, as i said before he has become the ultimate striker, and his attacks very, so he seems to have evolved for the better!

Edit: As i said, my boy is getting better and more dangerous! Love the new badass throws, more combos, it shows alot more Muay Thai, real Muay Thai, and you gotta love the Dtee Sawk Lang! Even faster now and more damage, one of my favorite and most used moves!

Phasing Turn [P][+][K] (sans Phasing Turn) causes a bound in combos now. You can see it in the combo at the end.

The opponent can tech the clinch throw ending with Pap Sawk Kao too.

In terms of buffering his Turn Sobat, I think you should be able to buffer a crouch dash into the recovery of a standing dash and the move should come out with no crouch dash animation.
