VF5FS at Evo 2012: Event Details and Trip Planning

It's official TWP shall be in the building.

 

Not going, anyone that wants my pass, PM me. Going to Hawaii instead. No love for the east coast as always.

 

I also asked the Sega rep about the planned Evo setup. As Akai said it will be played on PS3 with sticks provided. (I'm guessing the same VF official Hori sticks that were at the pre-release party.) Though the rep said that you could bring and use your own stick if you preferred.

 

I am confirmed! Don't know why I didn't mention this earlier. Oh well, good bump!

 

I'll be competing in the VF5 tournament, though I have just about 0.00001% chance of winning

 

I'll be going, and definitely I'd like to get in on this! I doubt I'll be top 16 material though, haha.

I'm planning to book at Bill's Gamblin' Hall (what used to be Barbary Coast), but my room's full up for people staying. Sorry! I will probably bring a 360 setup to play stuff when not at Caesar's, though.

I just book my rooms at the Imperial Palace... its right across the street from The Caesar's Palace.

I have space in my room, if anyone wants to crash, it will be $40 a night. I get in on Thursday and checkout on Monday.

Looking for people to room together with at Casa Del Vane (aka Zerochan's room) at the Imperial Palace. Reservations are already made. Primary qualifications for this are being nice and not creepy.

 

Please drop room numbers here too (when you figure them out) for fun games and general nonsense.
