VF4 in Singapore?

Here's what happened to me once: I was playing VF3 (before team battle came out - longgg ago) @ Orchard Emerald and I challenged this guy. While we were playing, I backed off as he did rising attack. Immediately he turned to me and said "You're a 'machi' player" and gave me a disgusted look. I didn't reply. Later on I found out from my friend that "machi" (I hope I've got the spelling right) means "chicken" in Japanese. There's this group of VF3 players who believe that while playing VF3 anyone who backs off during the game (as in, back + E, or back-back) is "machi".

Hey, VF playing chick at Orchard Emerald? While I was learning to play VF3 it was at Emerald Funland.

We must have met before, although I don't remember calling anyone machi (not to his/her face anyway).
