Since after the very first generation of DC titles, Sega's PAL conversions have been mostly superb, with almost all titles sporting 60Hz mode. VF3 TB, Sega Rally 2, and Skies Of Arcadia being the only DC Sega games I can think of off the top of my head that didn't have 60 Hz. VF3 and SR2 both had VGA mode though, so if you wanted original speed and timing, just connect through VGA.
Sega is really pushing 60Hz on the PAL PS2 as well, so now Namco finally had to step up and do a proper PAL conversion of Tekken 4 (still wouldn't touch that game with a ten foot pole though /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif)

Still, it's very sad when i think that PAL mode only works at 50hz..because PAL is better than NTSC, except for the image size. And then again, I wish i had a progressive scan Tv...there are so many games that play nicely at 50hz, i can't even imagine them at 60hz. Isn't sega able to convert the game to PAL format at 50hz and still keep the original speed??

most euro telly's support pal60, so there shouldn't really be any need to drop it to 50hz unless you bought your tv 20 years ago /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Even TVs that dont advertise with 60Hz or NTSC these days have NTSC support trough RGB, even the bottom of the barrel TVs do these days.
The vast majority of the 199€ TVs do.
