it's so painful for me to watch Ohsu matches. If only he could just hit his standard + to + more often. He would win more matches. He gets the MC, but he just does follow ups that makes no sense. I can understand not expecting SDE to not MC sometimes. But christ Ohsu it's like 90% of the time he screws it up. *SIGH* well he is still my favorite Akira player dispite his problems, because when he is on. Haha. Yeah, that's Ohsu, I guess. I've seen him getting TFTed 5 times a match, and he fairly misses ,, dbl palm combo a lot, too. But, he makes up for these with unbelievable yomi when it comes down to beasting opponents. What a player.

Really? i thought it was pretty boring... I forget which one it was, but 3 times in a row he had is SDE blocked and went for another SDE while the other akira just kept blocking...

i know .. it's boring in a sense, but the clip shows that both players were pretty evenly matched.

what's boring about 3 SDE's in a row? are you familiar with the term OPPOSITE NITAKU. That akira knew he was at a disadvantage so instead of taking the risk of Ohsu throwing him or use some sort of delayed attack. He kept going big in hopes of reversing the situation and getting a lucky hit. I would think shang or jerky would have taught you this by now. guess you are just a scrub after all.

I found the match to be very exciting. Extremely fast pace. Good guessing on both players part. I wish the next batch of vids have that same type of excitement. Only bad thing was Ohsu lost. /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif Well he is still my favorite.

dont get me wrong, i know it opposite nitaku - it just is less fun to watch with that kind of repetitive nature, for me anyways. Probably why I dont like to play akira.

Dude, they were not evenly match, Ohsu was fucking around too much again during certain part of that game. And the match wasn't boring Noobie.

as kunfu said oshu was *bleepin* 'round, BUT even IF they (or anyone or anyone for that matter is) WERE evenly matched, how can the match be classified as boring. when i see a balanced competition, its thrilling /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well, it totally depends on personal preference. Even though I found it ok, there'd be somebody who'd say different things, and I think both opinions are valid.

However,

Was Ohsu messing around?
Yes, he was. It is not suprising as it was from Ohsu Kumite while ago, and those are more of event matches for them rather than ones that they try their hardest to win.
