VF4 Evolution Media from am.sega.jp

    ok ... to archangel and anyone else with similar problems:

    the streambox method is easy, but it's a hassle if you are new to it.

    downloading from vfevo.com is much better, BUT there's a catch. You can only download from vfevo.com if they detect you're clicking the link from their actual web site, not from a post on the virtuafighter.com media board. When you download a file they check to see if the 'referrer' to the link is vfevo.com or something else. If it's vfevo.com the download works, if it's anything else the download fails.

    The solution then is to use a download program that allows you to type whatever you want for the referrer. I personally recommend flashget (www.flashget.com)... install the program, right click any of the vfevo.com links, and choose "download using flashget"... a box will pop up and you'll see blank that says referrer. In that blank you'll see something like: http://virtuafighter.com/versuscity/post.php?Cat=&Board=media&Number=76629&page=0&view=collapsed&what=showthreaded&sb=5&o=

    Erase all that and just replace it with

    http://vfevo.com

    The download will then start. Flashget saves to a special downloads folder unless you tell it save somewhere else in the options.

    hi,

    where are all these movies placed on vfevo's site?, sorry, i'll get lost on japanese sites pretty easily, especially seeing as there's so much kanji which i can't read yet.. /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

    There seems to be another problem with accesing the media vault of avi_team at VF.Evo, hopefully they will post again at the boards like they did before.

    The site is not in Japanese, but in Korean. Last time I registered a name and posted a "help me" type message which they reponded to @VFDC. This probably will need to happen again, unless someone knows the correct links to register an account and login with it.

    Dude, it works... you don't actually need to get into vfevo.com's site to download any of their movies. Just use the direct links posted by guys like ohtsuka_akio_fan ... and make sure you can change the referrer. I just tested several links and they download fine.

    Streambox should also work fine, but as a last resort I can send the files to people over irc.

    First of all how in the fucking VF Universe do you know if he doesn't care? Do you know the guy and what did you just talked to him just minutes after those matches you Fucktard? So stop fucking Assuming things left and right just to make yourself look creditable.

    Secondly I'd notice you're in so much denial about things around you and you just don't deal with it. Even after countless post of more knowledgeable people proving your information wrong. Also people here on VFDC have given you more than enough chances to shape up. But you just pretend like nothing is wrong continue on being a little annoying FuckTard.

    And by the way how old are you mentally? I'm guessing probably 7 years old or younger right?

    note the words: "i doubt", it's an assumption meaning to me: "with his wins compared to his losses, i don't personnaly care wether he got hurt, and i doubt realistically he's that bothered"

    why is this offensive?

    what a waste of two posts, you make it seem as though there's something to moan about this time, i'm bored of having to scroll past this nonsense, it's just getting plain silly now....

    Just a minor correction for the coolness of it - the Jeffry's ringname is You Can't Say No!

    This movie reminds me of how sickening the damage from the SE into the wall can be for Jeffry. Pretty good guessing game in Jeffry's favour - if you struggle unsuccessfully, you'll eat the [6][P]+[K] which will stomach crumble, then the dashing elbow-upper for another wall hit, followed by big down attack. To prevent this, you either struggle successfully (which can be hard/impossible if Jeffry has the right spacing from the wall) or don't struggle at all so the [6][P]+[K] doesn't crumble... but of course, not struggling can open up a whole 'nother world of hurt.

    Remember, the [1] throw escape should be no.1 on everyone's list when near a wall!

    I don't want to clutter this thread up too much but Vanessa has made my life less than smashing at times when I don't follow this same advice. Nothing to the tune of 4" of lifebar, but then Vanessa ain't quite Jeffry.
