VF Circuit Sponsors & Date Set for the First Event

    [​IMG] Thanks for everyone that have registered for the VF Circuit! As of today, we have 100 plus players total and 60 plus players in both the 360 and PS3 League. There is no deadline to register for the VF Circuit (there are registration deadlines for the individual events in the Circuit though), so when you wish to be part of it just fill in the required registration information. Some new info to share with everyone:

    First, Sega, Mad Catz, and U•be will be providing prize support to the VF Circuit! More info will be provided within the season.

    Second, the time and date for the first event (round robin format that should take less than 2 hours of your time) has been set! Saturday, July 28th is the start of the 360 League and Sunday, July 29th is the start of the PS3 League. Both leagues events will start ~ 8 PM(your local time but can be +/- one hour from the stated time based on who registered for the event).

      I will register for both this weekend. I feel my bonus point should go to ps3 as that is where I have the costumes dlc. Style should always be rewarded.

      question: special and major events are still online events?

      suggestion:can you make the google spread sheets view-able/shared as a spreadsheet with column filters on the spreadsheet. I am not sure if its possible to share it like that.

      I know and have exported it to google spreadsheet and done that but its not going to be a "live" document. just think it will help the masses

      I.E i wanted to filter my time zone to confirm where in EU had the majority 0 gmt. so ps3 seems a good candidate to have participants being combined due to numbers however more ps3 players at 0 gmt so i can expect to participate at 8pm my time, 360 have enough in the 0 gmt to be standalone.

      Ok, all PMs, emails, and posts in this thread confirming registration for the VF Circuit and/or the event this weekend have been updated to the spreadsheets in the 2nd post of this thread.

      I will work on posting replies to questions asked in the various places in the next post.

      As of right now, everything related to the VF Circuit for Season One are online events

      The PS3 and 360 League files are ordered by timezone, the overall player list is organized by registration date. Maybe in the future we will make it sortable. But for now, you can do search with the files as it is right now. I tried the google spreadsheets and really did not like how slow it was.

      No actual prizes will be given for the first several individual events. Prizes will be given out to people with the most points within their divisions at the end of the season (TBD before September Major). Other type of prizes are still being determined.

      Possibly, but not for the first event. I will do some capturing of the matches though. No ejections for sucking. Only ejections/suspensions I can think of is if a person gets banned from VFDC (it takes a while to get that though). I hope the experience will help improve those who are willing to work to improve.
