i got that, it was supposed to have double meaning (in the sense that people think i am an asshole, and that the think in am a whole asshole, not just a small one). so when you pointed that out, i figured my double meaning was somewhat incoherent, and so i decided to spell it out.

By the way, how early are you willing to get there for? You don't like early starts normally.

yeah, i think Chris will be keen to keep th main game as VF. i think after the warm-ups and the tournament, he will have one set up that stays as VF, and the others will change to different games unless people request more VF set-ups.

i think that after the tournamen, people might be a little 'VF'ed out', and so they might choose to play a different game. i will be up for VF all day.

9.00 Room is hijacked and set up. Anyone who can make it as early as this is more than welcome to be here around by this time onwards.

12.30 Group stages kick off

14.30 Knock out stage starts

15.00 Finals (1-2 and 3-4 place fights)

15.30...open to suggestions...

We have 2 guaranteed set ups and I'm counting on Nakura for a 3rd. If we have 3, after 15.30 one will be used for a bit of Pro Evo/Hyper SF if peeps want and the other 2 have VF. If we only have 2 then they'll stay VF.

Since I live in the actual place the tourney is taking place at, I'll be around all day but most players who need to travel generally set off around 5/6ish at night.

Yeah, PAL HyperSF has 60hz option. We'll stick to that and a bit of Pro Evo if that's what players want.

Yeah I'm hoping to post a list of "official" rules tomorrow so everyone can see how things will run.

Same tvs as normal (though Steevs is quite uber) but I want to have 2 chairs set up in front of each tv for each player as opposed to using the couches like last time.

 

Ok the chairs sound good. I was having a hard time seeing properly from the couches last time. My eyesight is pretty awful.

 

i guess i will aim to get there about 10:30 - 11:00.

Cuz i really hate playing ryan. its no fun at all. hes just too much of a stallion to do anything. seriosly, have any of you northers ever played him? if you havent u truly never have felt the ton of bricks falling on your head.....

 

Yeah don't worry top 2 qualify through to a knock out stage so there's still a reason for players in group A, like myself, to play their best.
