They need to make online for VF5 just like DOA2HC

    I doubt that the bare bones approach was to reduce lag. A replay feature shouldnt be killing your connection online since it only saves inputs created by both players. What i would like to know is why they didnt make that an option? It wouldnt take away from the current online play and it would actually help people who would like to improve their game.

    granted, adding replays won't add lag but doa style lobbies most definately would.

    even having spectators watching a match will increase bandwidth as one or both machines must constatly send packets to the spectators machine.

    I think a cool compromise would be to see the match your current opponent just played before joining their game. Probably be a good way to avoid scrubs.

    They really should've done that anyway, though. It's more than a little ridiculous that you can't have a memory card with a unique character data. Is it possible to just have a blank card (no VF5 system data to "recover" or whatever) and save matches to that in Vs. mode?

    I don't see the big deal. It's not that hard to switch characters.
