Once I found out that Erick Silva was training with Anderson I decided to look him up. The guy is good. He looks a lot younger than what he really is but he definitely has all the makings of a future champ.

I had not seen this awesome UFC All Access until today

 

Dos Santos beats Mir.

 

My fighter's 3rd round in a mma tournament. The other rounds are on the youtube channel. Mostly the other guy just took him down and laid on him in round 1 and 2.

 

Anybody watching UFC 146 tonight?

Cain Vasquez made that shit look like a MURDER scene.
I was sad to see Bang get starched like that...good for Daily...now if only I could like him.
Roy fucking Nelson. That was epic. I was expecting a protracted beat down but Roy came up from underdog role to ninja assassin. If I can see him win the hw belt, I will die happy.
Jump guard to armbar by Hightower was epic.

 

TUF Finale:

Chiesa dominates Iaquinta in the grapple, and puts him to sleep in the first. That dude is scary in the clinch. Iaquinta made the same mistake everyone else in the house made, when Chiesa threw kicks, Iaquinta would catch and hold on, instead of pushing him away. It was an excellent win for Chiesa, but if he fights a true Stand-up specialist, he won't last long.

Give it up to Kampmann for surviving an early beating by Ellenberger to come back and win it. Looks like Kampmann got his nose broken in the fight. Ellenberger looks like his spirit was broken after the fight. That dude looked shocked and emotionally dismantled.

Last shout-outs goes to Justin Lawrence and his VF style punch-punch-kick combo that knocked out Cofer.
