Jon Jones is going to be a beast. Hes quickly becoming a fav of mine in LHW.

 

Jones is fucking amazing. I never have seen wrestling like that against someone who has the credentials the Janitor has.

Oh, and about the reverse triangle - it really only is a finishing move if you have someone's back. I think I'll make a little instructional video tonight to show you

This was done really fast near the end of class. I remember some people talking about omaplata's and stuff, so here are some ideas. I'll do a more thorough explanation later.

 

I want to watch Anderson Silva vs. GSP, Dana White keeps on saying he's embarrassed when he's watching Silva lately but it's not his fault that his opponent is low tier compared to him. Dana White keeps on saying how great Anderson Silva is, how talented he is and all this praise, it's about time he gets paired up with someone around his equal no?
