Could've been a number of WEC fighters to be honest, as 2009 was a breakout year for the organization as a whole, but I'll go with Jose, as he forced everyone to stand up and take notice after his 5-second annihilation of Cub Swanson.

Heard some talk on the radio about how Fedor was offered 3 million dollars from Dana White for just one fight. His "managers" turned it down and made a counter-offer that Fedor would fight in the UFC if they could co-own half of the UFC or something, lol.

Personally, I think the Russian mafia is involved in all of this "Fedor in the UFC" crap one way or another and they are ruining Fedor's remaining years as a fighter.

WAR HARDY GSP is shitting it!

 

Riiight... Hardy's going to be humbled tonight by the pride of Canada. GSP's right, he's no longer fighting to just to win, dude's fighting for a legacy. You really think that Hardy's got what it takes to take down one of the greatest fighters of all time?
Unless GSP's hurt or something like that, GSP is going to destroy Hardy.

 

Hardy has some serious pain tolerance but that fight went pretty much how I thought it would. Hardy was made completely useless by a much better, much more complete fighter.

I like Mir but I was rooting for Carwin as I think he has the better chance against Brock's size.

 

GSP should fight Machida or Silva then we will see. He needs to do what Silva is thinking and move weight class to be a true legend!

 

All my predictions came through.
First of all - nananananannnnnanannna- BATMAN! Anybody who hangs with Marcelo Garcia on the mats is not gunna be that worried.
Carwin obliterated Mir...kind of how I expected. I really thought GSP would finish the Kimura...probs to Hardy for having..well, heart.

 

I wonder if the UFC will keep on pretending Carwin is 6'5" when everyone could clearly see he isn't.
