Nate got completely dominated...not as bad as Manny did, but godamn. Clay is just a manimal. Karo is lazy. Period. Penn will never look "ripped" but he did train his ass off. Has anybody here tried carrying the weight of someone 30+lbs bigger than you who is a phenom in wrestling?

 

No but i did try the "running the rock" exercise BJ did. I almost drowned, hahaha.

 

I didn't expect Penn to look ripped but I did expect him to look ready and I really don't think he did. giving up weight sucks but penn knew what he was doing and what he wanted and he should have trained accordingly.

 

I think Karo has other issues too, panic attacks etc.
Yeah when BJ was under sidecontrol I had full sympathy for his situation lol
