Hey guys, I'm new here. I'm trying to get some people together in Kissimmee for the Arcade Renaissance tourney to play Virtua Fighter. Here is a post I put in the events forum, I guess it was in the wrong place:

Hi, I'm working on this tourney with a good friend of mine, and trying to get some interest in the VF Tourney segment of Arcade Rennaissance.

hey man. Vf 5 never came out in the states. Let's see.. Uncauzi moved to Delaware. Enkindu, I still think is in Orlando and plays soul calibur series, Imf/Blondie are m.i.a. Ghostdog is still in Jacksonville and doesn't have the ps3 yet.

I am doing well. Just working a lot and got myself out of debt. That's about it.

ive just been working and hangin out with my gf and her kids... its been great ... but i miss playing vf... and am anxious to play vf5...

If you guys can, try to make it out to the Kissimmee tourney next weekend. I only have 2 people to play VF with here in Jax, and I really want to try to get a scene going in FL like I hear there used to be.

And... we are still doing fight night every wed. here in Jax, so hit me up if you wanna play!

No, thank you, stompoutloud. It's really something to meet a VF veteran that actually cares about helping the VF scene grow. You're the real deal, not just talk and wry, sly and witless remarks on VFDC (like some people *rolls eyes*).
Not only do you play VF5 but you also travel to play others all around the world. If all vets were like you, the VF scene would be booming right now /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Hopefully one day we'll carry the torch, Ladon and Denkai could be the new Maddy and Plague and I could be the new Shang!
