I heard KAZU was still in Japan, so I decided not to go to new york city this weekends. I also won't go to dissmasters' house.

I remember srider taught me to use jab > throw with jacky. So mean, and quite effective too. Cant wait to see him. Srider uses Lau too I think.

where is TN? I think you're farer than me from New york city, right? if so, you could make a plan. it takes me about 3 hours to get from my dormitory to new york city, it is not too far. could you decide the date if you will go there? I think I should be able to fit your plan like last time.

My coaching season ends Feb. 15, so a weekend after that works better for me.

When does Kazu come back? Maybe it's best if Kazu and Yosuke play each other and the rest of us sit at the little kids' table and play Yu-Gi-Oh. And Shag can call up some of his Yu-Gi-Oh-Ho's to feed us grapes and fan us with palm fronds and stuff.

Yosuke, I can still drive you up. Maybe we can work something out so we can leave from where I work at 3:00. I don't know how you feel about skipping class, but it would save us almost two hours in travel time if you could. And if you feel bad about missing English, think how much English you can practice with me and the NYC crew!

kazu comes back this next monday, so next friday after this i will see kazu at the FT place. so i guess next friday to be the day to meet.

 

Web 2 Zone Feb. 3,2006- LANsomnia party.

This upcoming Friday is going to be big.

Web 2 Zone holds an event every first Friday of the month titled the LANsomnia party. They charge PC players a $30 fee which includes unlimited play with food and drink. It starts at 9PM and lasts till 9AM the next day. /versus/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Since they will stay open, we'll be able to play on the FT cabinet all night long! /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Also, Kazu and Andy should be in town from their seperate stays in Asia. Hopefully Yosuke will be in attendance as well. So lets prepare to give them some beatdowns (or get beatdown badly and take notes) /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Cruz and Chris (Technical Monkey) are hard at work in trying to get direct capture from the cabinet for this Friday. If they can't get the project in order by then someone will have a cam at hand to tape footage which we'll put up online in the future. /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Great games last night from everyone. Yosuke was a no show but we had a blast.

Kazu came back with updated cards and everyone ooh'd & ahh'd at the new outfits. /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif 14 players showed up through the night and most of us left for dinner when we ran out of quarters.(I'll need to bring more than $20 next time /versus/images/graemlins/ooo.gif ) As we ate Andy and Santos popped up seperately which was a nice surprise. Many people retired after dinner but some came back to play till 2AM.

Unfortunately no media was recorded, we hope to record matches real soon.

I'm Andy, I haven't met you yet. I wasn't in NYC when you came over here. I think you can stay at Kazu's place. If he is busy maybe we can share between my place and his place. Have fun when you come visit here.
