Paradise Lost hey folks I went to the dark side and started playing tekken5 till some loyal vffer's pulled me back to the light cuz i didn't know about the setup at GTN thanks alot cuz im glad to be back. ok guys I am taking down names and how many cards you guys want. This topic will be closed on Thursday June 2. So, what that means is this Thursday I will be collecting the money for the cards. If you can't pay for it on Thursday. I will be at GTN on Tuesday June 7 from 4:30 pm till 7-8pm. Hiro will be here on Wednesday June 8. I will hand over the money and collect the cards that night. On Thursday June 9, I will distribute them to everyone.

PLEASE PEOPLE, HAVE THE MONEY FOR YOUR CARD. LET ME REMIND YOU THAT HIRO IS PAYING FOR ALL OF THESE CARDS OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET. IT WOULDN'T BE NICE IF ALL OF THE SUDDEN PEOPLE SAY THEY CHANGED THERE MIND OR THEY CAN'T AFFORD $5.00. If that's the case talk to me privately and I will spot you the money to save us the embarassment of having to explain to Hiro there was a change of plans.

By the way, what is the usage of blank cards? Is that means you can pick any character you want ?

I just dont think you should just give up on Jacky. You had a lot of potential with him.

But I understand about abandoning characters though, when VF4 first came out I was playing strictly Vanessa. After I got comfortable with her, I tried Lei-Fei. I wanted to master him so much, I played no one else and got pretty good with him. Then Evo came around and I've been very busy with Goh. /versus/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

A blank card becomes activated on its first use, then the character you chose is permanent.

Let's say we have 9 ppl, we put 9 pieces of paper w/ 3 of 1,2 & 3 & whatever # you pick is the team you're assigned.

Or do we setup a bracket and square off single or double elim style?

I opt for RR or DE. People would have the opportunity to play more games.

ok... I just got done sending Hiro-kun an email about how many cards we are going to need. Hopefully he will respond soon. He will be returning to NYC on Wednesday June 8th and I was hoping that we could all have dinner with him. He will only be here for a few hours before he has to then take a bus back to UMASS. If anyone can spear the time to hang with the man who started it all and put NYC on the map, it would be greatly appreciated.... Later!
