Yeah, the 2p machine is the screwy one. The kick button went out twice last month and it seems the punch button conked out last Friday. I missed out on the activities last Friday. What is really odd is that Andy replaced all the buttons from another Sega cabinet the week before and everthing worked out great. /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Last friday I went to CTF and 2P's punch is out when I was about to leave! Usually 2P's kick broken every week. But after Andy replaced red buttons two weeks ago, now the 2P's punch is kinda risky...

Sadly I won't make the next 2 Fridays but after a long stint without any VF, I made the last 3. Trying to get back into the habit but last Friday Will and I played each other for a couple of hours and no one else showed. Is this par for the course or an aberration because of Good Friday, Easter, and Passover?

Sadly enough, it is sporadic when people show on Friday or at all. I was off work that day but decided to go on a long date. Even though I didn't step in CF that night, I caught the train going home at Canal St around midnight and bumped into Jonoet. He said he was there playing Will and other people. He just back into playing due to his fractured left hand has healed up well.

I will be at CF for a while tomorrow. Its a shame you wont be around, I've been thinking of new tactics to try out. /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Alright, I'll just keep coming by to check out the scene. Fridays are busy with drinking, VF, and darts but hey, I've got to get my VF time in.

Nice, I don't know if I should be honored or concerned about your new tactics but probably both. Anyways, you should talk to Eric, the last time we played he robbed me blind, 50 cents at a time.

Once again, I won't make this Friday because a rehearsal wedding I'm in but next week I should be there. See you guys soon.

I don't want to rub it in, but last Friday at CF was great. We had a total including myself thru the day of 9 people. Even Sal and Nelson actually showed! /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif This Friday might be empty as some peeps were talking about going to Boston for the tourney up there on Saturday (myself included). There's a bus that goes to Boston in Chinatown for $10 /versus/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Eric can be a monster sometimes with his Akira, I know how you must've felt. If he's on the offensive he can be a real threat and he's good with punishing tech rolls. Also, he loves to dash up and do + so always input that escape first.

Hello everyone. I'm new around these parts and I'd really like to get into VF. If anyone was at the Boston Tournament on Saturday, I was the guy with the Nike headband and the modded Namco Stick with yellow and red Sanwa buttons. I was there to play Tekken. I was told to come here to look for people to play. I'm really not that good at VF, so if anyone wants to hang out and teach me the game, that would be cool. In exchange, I could teach you how to play Tekken Tag. The last good Tekken.... Anyway, I'm pretty much done with T4. It'll just be Tekken Tag and VF4 if I can find people in my area that play on a regular basis.

Oh, I'll certainly do that, but I'd love some home session or something where someone can explain the game to me in an in depth fashion. I hang out with my boy Alfaphlex who plays with you guys. I'll be playing with him a soon and coming to gatherings when I can.

Hey Realyst, when you see Alfaflex, drag his ass out too. I haven't seen him in a couple of months. Maybe he shows on days I'm not around./versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif He has a very promising Lei Fei. I hope he hasn't given up on the game.

We'll have to talk later about getting some home matches setup. I've been talking about having meetings at my place for years and never set them up. I'm willing to travel though

Don't worry, I'm in full effect and receiving so training tips/techniques from Cappo so you guys know I'll be going beserk soon and run a King Kong rampage on NYC. Is Cappo still in the area? I haven't seen him since his first visit here for the first I love VF tourney. I heard he was staying at Kazu's to travel to Japan to go to Beat Tribe but was denied a visa. I assumed he went back to Bermuda or Orlando.
