   That`s not entirely true. With my Akira, I`ve gotten TWO orb items; long wild hair and blue headband. /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

   Well, what happens is that after your get all your orb items, collecting the orbs again gives you a regular item you haven't yet collected. That could be what's going on here.
