krs I think you might be thinking about friscos. I was only able to take rod, flash and kod there since they stayed over the night before.

I know, I know... it's been over half a year, why bother with shout-outs? Defense: I thought I already done my shout-outs about Plague's House Pary but then as I was about to do more of my shoutouts for NYG7 and it hit me "oh snap, I forgot!".
Another reason is that there are a lot of people that I met in Cali that I wish would've been at NYG7. Anyway, here I go:

Real quick shoutout post-
Plague and Howboutsum: you guys are the best hosts and the nicest couple I know. Beautiful home, beautiful dogs, living in Cali... basically, fuck Mike, I wanna be like Plague when I grow up!
What can I say? There are no words to describe just how cool this event was. I've thanked you a bunch of times and I will always be grateful for your hospitality, what you guys do, have done and continue doing for this community. Here's another warm and heartfelt thank you.

L_A_Akira and wife: I gotta thank you not just for opening up your beautiful home with your kick-ass cabs but I also gotta thank you for the advice and the talks we had. Talking with you, Kody and Ladon on the way to the restaurant and then on the way to your house made time fly by so fast. I'll make sure to apply to some of that advice you gave me and you got me really hyped to watch those Itazan-Brad vids.

You guys are too cool, I seriously want to be in a similar situation sometime in the future where I got a kick-ass place to host VF gatherings too

Everybody was awesome and I can't wait to VF it up with all of you again. I'm swamped with work so I'll do another longer shoutout post this weekend.

Brisal: I didn't get to talk to you at all and I didn't get to really fight you except for the team tourney (iirc) but what I did get to see was a player with no shame in finding a move that works and using it over and over and over. I never knew somebody could have fun like that but I had not met anybody that played like that until I saw you play.
