You know the big screen projector TV they have on the left side when you come down the escalator? One time I saw Soul Calibur 3 being played on it by a bunch of people. Maybe it's possible to have gatherings for VF5 there...pay like $X for X amount of time.

 

Goh plays the same? I miss Goh...

I saw the new moves he has now...

Couldn't get my hands on much of his videos...

Everywhere lor... March is Singapore official launch mah. The official price will be 799 for 60gig PS3. There is a possiblity that you may require to buy alot of other junk along with the PS3 in order to get that 799 price tag.

No other news other than price and month of release as far as I know lor.

I think the problem now is getting PS3 on Feb instead of March.

The pricing mostly is close to 1k.

 

I just bought my PS3 today. Bought wrong cables.... I bought component cables instead of HDMI cables. My LCD TV supports HDMI -_-;

If anyone is gonna buy PS3 and need component cables instead of HDMI. Can swap with me? Or buy the component cables from me so that I can buy HDMI cables instead. Haiz

999 with 1 free game(let u chose 1 sux game, we chosed RR7) + 1 extra controller.

QUite sure that I cant play US games. But haven't try yet lor. RR7 is in full english.

 

VF5 out in singapore liaoz(in fact its out yesterday 4th of feb). 95$~

 

by the way guys, i just got my VF5. no online updates whatsoever (no online, period).... hope there wont be a version C.... hahaha

but i am quite happy with the training mode. having a blast with the 32 inch LCD tv hehe. and yes, the hori 8 button pro stick kicks ass

 

Sux sia the training mode never teach you all the basics of the game liaoz like evade. I set to english the commentor speaks in english. "OMG DRAGON THROW" "NICE EVADE"

 

ZZ, if u buy the asia region set, there will be a DVD region locked at region 3.

What do you recommend to buy?? Which version(PS3 and VF5)and where are you guys planning to buy?? The sticks cost how much??

Sigh, once I buy VF5, my social life gone...

 

I got it at Seow Choon. Their deal is 999$ with 2 controllers and 1 not so nice game(let you chose a few games only).

We ask the guy to let us change 1 controller for 1 Hori fighting stick(the cheaper hori stick 79$). Had to top up 25$

And you will need to buy a Component Cable/HDMI/etc(whichever the HDTV you are using, can support). If not you wouldnt need those. Its like 55$ for those crap cables-_-;
The box only gives you composite cables(No HD support, sux).


I dont really like the Hori stick that we got. But its usable. Still waiting for the Sega virtua fighter stick. Seow Choon quoted 149$ for Hori Pro fighting stick. The price is too jacked up imo....That's the only 2 joysticks that are avail as of now.
