I hope that commentator truly has some inside information instead of making it up.

 

I watched the VF stream and I was entertained by it. Some decent play I thought, and I was actually thinking "man I'd love some of these stages back in FS" too. It'd be awesome if the FS console version (whenever it comes) includes 5, 5R and FS stages...

 

Some of those R stages are really good. Pai's R stage in particular looks so much better than the 5 or FS versions.

VF4Evo console had this sort of option but the shape of the stages now varies quite a bit between the VF5 games.

 

There's still big open stages, medium low wall stages and small high wall stages, so I don't see how hard it would be to include the old ones if FS did come to console.

That would be the best addition to the VF5 series to date. I would love to play FS on Aoi's VF5 stage with her badass VF5 theme
