I hate to say it but I think it extremely unlikely that we will see Taka again at all, at least not 'til his possible return in VF5. VF isn't like Mortal Kombat: the developers can't just throw in a character willy nilly. It takes a long time, and especially with Taka: fitting him into VF4 would be difficult to do at all, never mind in such a short time period as some sort of rushed bonus character.
