According to an article posted on Magic-box the new managment have decided to merge Sega's seperate development entities together (presumably ditching a few jobs in the process?).

Whether this means the development units will operate under one managment team, or as one brand remains to be seen. I hope not, I'd hate AM2 dissapear as a distinct development unit. I'm also curious what this could mean for Yu Suzuki's Digital-Rex....still waiting for some sort of project announcment from his team.

Having said that, I remember the days when all Sega's teams with the exception of Sonic team were AM's. Anyone remember Tetsuya's AM-annex? Sega have re-organised their development studios many time before.
