    Ninja 1200 played really great
Beat Chibita 5 matches in a row, beat Kyosao as well

yeah there are a couple of napoleons, but the vanessas are definitely more interesting.

I never thought I'd say it, but sabakis played a pretty important role in those victories vs. chibita. I'm glad this player (nin?) chose vanessa as his primary, it's nice to see someone with this much brainpower play vanessa. He could have played akira or lau or something and done well, but it would have been much less interesting to watch.

Amazing. I've always wanted to see quality Vane clips. What I noticed however was how Chibi opted for less damage at inopportune times. Was he going for brownie points?

Edit: This was already noted above. Sorry.

depends. He does the b,f+KG after the FC throw for the TT mindgames afterwards. If the opponent fails to TR, he does the d+K, pounce, which is horrifying damage... sometimes he goes right into the canned TT attack, then flowcharts from there, or he'll tap guard, turn around, and do elbow (stagger) poke at the end of the opponent's TR. Occasionally he's just evil and does FC throw, b,f+KG, G, m-FC throw, b,f+K+G ...

Mostly I think it's brownie points.

i think he's probably to the point where he goes for flash most of the time. he knows that he has a much better than average chance of winning, so plays the flashiest game he can. I especially love watching him toy with other lion players. They land HCB throw, and what does he do? He dashes in after recovering to do it on them! Love that. That's a master schoolin' the kids on the playground.

Quick update, I converted the latest am2 wmv's to avi's because I was bored and wanted to figure out a synching problem. But also because I wub all of those with a chuggy PC or mac.
People will also notice a new clip called chibita_fun.avi, which I did as my first serious experiment with adobe premiere. It's just 20 seconds of highlights from chibita's latest rampage. If I get the urge, I'll make a fairly nice highlight clip.

I notice an interesting option embedded into the latest korean vids.. they use the morgan stream switcher decoder, which is something that is used to allow you to easily switch from one language to another while watching a movie. Unfortunately there was no hidden audio track in the movies, and even if there were I guess I don't speak korean /versus/images/icons/tongue.gif

While I saw these movies a while ago, I just want to say that little kid, Chibitarou, featured in 100kumite_23.html is absolutely amazing considering he's only 6 years old! His match against Chibita is a gem, and he wins too!

    What a kid!!! /versus/images/icons/grin.gif
