PSN Good Games

GGs to Raze--, Nomas, animelord79, Vencabot, VFNumbers and all the others in the room tonight! I had a blast and although I performed rather poorly, it was good to see that most of the crap I had been working on in the Dojo was actually just that...crap. Oh well, I'll have to hit the lab again and see if I can come up with some new stuff.

That's also why I couldn't accept shadow's invite sooner (thanks for the invite btw!).

Want to give a special shout to Beasty who has seemingly leveled up overnight and now has some easy wall setups to work with (edit: just saw your post, you're incorrect sir, was good stuff)
I think I have a few more quick tips that could help, basically just better stagger punishing stuff, as you were landing lots of staggers, which is awesome! Just not getting optimal punish out of them, really easy fix. I have trouble putting them to use at times, but I'm working on it, also not getting as many successful stagger situations as you are with Sarah (that's my excuse and i'm sticking with it)

Man, I can't beat this guy on my friend's list called Cha-mame3. He's friggin beastly!!! I had a match with one of his weaker characters and took a round, but he still got me, and I usually can't touch his Vanessa/Sarah -_-

When do you guys get these rooms going? I need to get in and see some high level play, Rank matches are all over the place skill wise.

 

Just go into the room battle menu and look around for the rooms. They are around everyday or you can go to the shoutbox and ask who is running a room now. Room battles are the best overall I am in room battles every night and it is great.

 

GG To Everyone I Played In Rooms. Famedouglus, Kishin, Dollomite, Ayeeedreezy And Etc... I Gotten Better Playing On Stick. Im Seeing Some Improvements Lol.

The matches were great last night especially the matches with Killaken's Pai. I would like to play more Pais like him only if I could see more Pai players like him oh well. He even dropped me a few hints to me that I should obviously know that I will use the next time. Good Pai mirror matches are very hard to come by especially the match ups when I know the other person might be a better player than me at their best. Truewiseman's Van is awesome too and the mirror matches I had with him with my crappy Van were quite informative to say the least.

Omnistalgic you have a solid Lion. we should get a room match going one of these days with Darksoul173 and other Lion players to have a Lion Battle Royale lol

GGs to the many lau players I faced today Elite, sonic-shadow, Kishin, and Augimdigimon, I hadn't played Lau that much in 1 day on PSN in a long time but the best matches were with Elite's lau in our random ranked matches. Now that I was focused completely on playing your Lau and not chatting with Nomas or Raze, I had a chance to see what your Lau was all about and it was good. Lau has so many other moves you could be using though but you will get better with him I know that.

I began trying out other characters today too but I will have to see which ones fit me best. Aoi is just too strange to me and there are too many goh players in the group of players I play with in room battles. I will figure it out eventually at some point.

 

Good games to Hydrakid. Not going to lie you are so good that it makes me angry lol, I'm sure we will fight again in ranked some time. Also gg's to Bfnn (sp?), Wolf' usually always get me due to throws and not that many players use him, so the matches were really fun and forced me to use a more defensive and calculative play style.

 

GGS to HydraKid, TTownTony, ColdBlooded, and My good buddy Syncere99. As usually, I have trouble with closing matches and getting discouraged if I let a match escape from me and play crappy afterwards. I would love to always play at my best, but that requires me not being intimidated, nervous around certain characters (Vannessa, Aoi, Sarah, Good Jacky's etc...)

I really need a good defensive tutorial, but HydraKid did teach me how good crouch dashing is so I'll incorporate into my game. Great Aoi Coldblooded!
