Thanks for the mirror matches, Kamais! They were crazy-educational: everything that I was hoping for when I heard that you were gonna pick up Pai. I-I feel like I'm digivolving right now, for real. Maybe it's just my sleep-deprived brain picking up on some weird endorphins, but I feel like so many of my lingering questions about Virtua Fighter have been answered, haha, and like I can move on from where my progress has been stuck, now, with some practice.

GGs to everyone i played online last night, including VFnumbers and kronicbl5st.

i got an invite to Numbers' room but i didn't join for a few reasons: when i got the invite, they were in a match already, and i was about to log off anyway. hopefully another time. i haven't been in one of those rooms in a while.

 

GGs to everyone I ran into last night in ranked. Had a ton of good matches (in ranked!?). Numbers and BlackGeneral, I'll get your rooms next time. I was in a groove last night and didn't feel like getting my face beat in by expert players

Learn from the beating I would if I were you. I got beaten badly 2 nights ago and I learned what I could, let's hope it works out the next time I face those people. GGs to all the people in the rooms I was in recently especially Number's room all of the people in number's rooms are killers seriously.

Such good games, tonight... Leaving the room was like coming off of morphine; the world tastes better in VFnumbers' room (and with Dr. Pepper).

Good games to VFnumbers, Darksoul793 (I think that's the number), iamthedave, Bilal_87, Andrew_Pana, M-F-B, Jaidin, Raze--, Kyooboona, Nomas_Tomas, and Cha-mame3. So many good matches to spectate and every match a good one to play... I started experimenting with using standing jab to set-up my offense (don't laugh), and I had mixed results, just because I don't quite have a feel for it, yet, but I'll keep at it and learn when the best times are to let those jabs fly... I mean, I know when the best times are, but my brain ain't working that fast, yet, haha; I let people abare on me when I'm intimidated into freezing up, and they attack me out of their -3 or even -5... Situations like that are when I need to start boxing, either with an elbow or a standing jab... Also, I guess that, when my opponent is in the higher minuses, I could throw out an un-duckable jab rather than rely on the fact that they'll guard and go for a throw, which is what I usually do.

[EDIT] Also, good games to Koenraku for taking me on in a few Player Matches earlier in the day! My memory is fucking terrible.

 

Good games Nomas, Shadowmaster, IamtheDave, Darksoul, Venca, and Cha-mame3, think those are the only people I played with today. Thanks for the invite Numbers, the room was good as usual. Got lots of great games in with Nomas and Shadowmaster, so the wait in room wasn't too bad this time. Oh and Happy Birthday VFnumbers!!
