GG to kamikaze7100 for a great learning experience/me getting my butt kicked. GG to Pikokat for always providing a challenging and fun set of matches. It is always a pleasure fighting you. GG to Akai for giving me some tips and helping me improve my game by pointing out the fatal flaws in my gameplay. I still have a lot to learn and that experience is priceless!

 

that kamikaze guy plays a total online goh with 3kp and 3pp. Just block and punish he's got nothing. Oh and he will always hcf grab you for the big damage so you can TE every time.

Good matches tonight, for sure, although I'm gonna regret staying up all night, haha. Hydrakid has one of the most interesting styles that I've ever matched up against; I don't know if I ever took one game on him, but he was cool enough to keep accepting my challenges so that I could learn from his style, and I definitely learned some interesting stuff. I hope that we can fight again, until, you know, I can beat him, haha. Thanks for the matches.

Thanks for playing me, Raze--, and making me clean up my game a little bit. I've been really high on my lately, and punishing tech-roll with [CHARGE], and you counter my abare and forced me to remember that I have a couple of other tricks, too, that I can't afford to just drop if I wanted to take a couple of wins out of you. I guess that, as I learn, I'm going to have to go nuts with a couple of new attacks for a few days before I realize exactly where their ultimate place in my game is going to be. I fight a lot of people that get caught completely by surprise by those attacks, so it was good that you forced me to sober up a little bit and play safer, even if I still play a riskier Pai (I wonder how many counter-hits I would eat, like you said, if people would just 2P me out of my bloated attacks when I over-estimate my advantage, even when I'm not going balls-to-the-wall abare).

Also, thanks to ShadowReaperZX for showing up and hanging out. Your Vanessa is super cool, and I hope that I can find you over the weekend at some point so that my younger brother, who's given up on Vanessa because he thinks that she's too sluggish, can see the sorts of cool stuff that she's capable of. You always make it look good when I lose to you, haha.

My bad on the dropped room, my PS3 just died, it needed a system restore after andI didn't wanna bug after. I saw some of you guys online, but got caught up in ranked battles immediately lol. Always great games with Venca

 

Shadowreaper owned me before the last time I saw him and it was a great match Van matches are tough matches for me even if I play her as second character behind my Pai. Her tempo is different from Pai's making her style seem odd but I like playing her though. I used to always do the charged kick on recovery but she lost her , , combo in vanilla that allows me to start it without waiting for them to roll first. It is riskier to use that tactic now but I use it once it a while too.

My crappy Van might not be the best compared to Shadowreaper's or Truewiseman's Van but I would be willing to spar with her against you. She really needs the work anyway, tricky pai players give my Van nightmares.

Ggs to all the fun matches I had sparing with canon77 with my van it helped fine tune a few things I needed to work on and I love getting those hit throws off too I need to get better at that in online play since they happen after counter hits making them very dangerous against most of the people I see online.

 

GGs last night to a few of the VFDCers I ran into in ranked. Can't really remember any names. When I start playing after midnight, I go into "auto" mode and can't really recall much...

Also, Raze, sorry I missed your multiple room invites. I would try to join, couldn't, go join another ranked game, receive invite, rinse, repeat...sorry bro...

EDIT: I think I ran into Akai_JC last night. Played Pai? Was a good match...

 

GG Volx. I think we managed 1 whole match with full green bars for the first time ever.

Shame it discounnected in the first round of the 2nd

EDIT and with Bilal too, although I'm not sure I enjoy fighting you anymore because 9/10 you escape my pretty looking throws

wish i could play against the lot of you. for some reason i get like 0 bars vs darksoul and lots of other good players in here even though i have a good connection and in nor cal. Currently practicing akira on my alt account STOP_MASHING. yeah that's me heh spamming that 2p

 

You aren't that bad. Steelbaz plays in Washington State across the country from where I play in VA and I get a decent connection with him. I don't see why you couldn't play more of the people here in all honesty

Found a good Jeffry player. His name was something-something-Alstien, I think. Good games to him. We went back and forth on wins for a while, then I took the lead, then he took the lead... I think it finished about even. Definitely some good matches.

Who says ranked mode can't be fun?

 

Good games to everybody in VFNumbers' room, tonight! I hate feeling like I'm missing out when I hear about all of the cool stuff that happens, there, haha, but what are you gonna do when there's only eight slots (and even that can feel like a raunchy wait when you lose).

Who-all did I get to fight? Nomas_Thomas, ShadowReaperZX, CIDKID, and animelord79, I think, so I definitely need to get back at VFNumbers some time. Good games to Raze-- and Omni-Lord, too, for being cool guys and awesome to watch.

Nomas, I swear, your Aoi is amazing. Your Aoi is the reason that some people have phobias of Aoi. It was cool to see ShadowReaperZX dominate the room for so long, because he's fun as Hell to watch (and his costumes are cool), and CIDKID was a monster, especially with Lei... I'm surprised that I haven't heard his name through the grapevine, yet. I'd hit on Omni-Lord, too, while I'm at it, but he's already in a committed relationship with walls, from what I could tell.

It was cool, as always, to watch you fight, animelord (shadowmaster). One thing in particular that I took from watching you is that I really need to get reacquainted with Pai's side-kick (). It's a really good mid with decent speed that hits further than it appears to. We've gotta get some Player Matches going next time, though!

Also, big ups to Raze-- for bringing the mini-pizzas!

You are a good player you have to believe in yourself once in a while. I just now got out of that epic room with numbers and I saw some glaring issues I need to correct that I might be able to solve quickly but aside from that it was fun as expect. The next time I play Vencabot I will most definitely have to have some player matches with him. There are many things that might would help you alot that I see you don't use at all and I am not talking about the lows attacks either. The same goes for Bogus too, he missed out on alot of combo chances and frame traps that would lead to big damage.

GGs to all anyway the matches were really educational to say the least I know of a few things that I will be working on in the dojo in the immediate future but that is for another time.

I was quite happy to for once be in a room that didn't boot everyone out every 20 seconds. Had some stellar matches to, I mean when Dennis or Numbers wasn't whupping my tail all over the place. Poor Aoi couldn't even get off the blocks half the time Had a good time just chillin' and clowning.
