Yea, he always takes the bait of a good fg once you force him to see that it's legit. All the early bitching and illogical comparisons are coping mechanisms to deal with change. It's a reason we call him "YoungBlade". But he admitted that the game is more technically and fundamentally sound than he originally gave it credit for, and that he's actually starting to like it while accepting that it and Tekken are two totally different beasts. The more matches he got in with Brad, the more he saw the strengths and complexities of the character, and it irks him if he isn't maximizing or getting sitiational damage that he know is there. So he's no doubt gonna put a bit of grindtime in.

He's also been pulling a bit from your Sarah. All the little punk needs is to have a better understanding of things so he can execute and react at will, and see how certain things are applied. But yea if he continues to play, and decides he wants to win in order to prove something, then he WILL do his homework. And there'd be another serious VF player here. Then we can level up off each other, get exp, and hit up these tourneys like in other games. Unfortunately, I had to stir up shit to make that happen lolol. Shameful, but hey, looks to be working.

You had to mute?? See now I feel terrible. I didn't realize how distracting it might've been until my gf woke up and told me how loud I was and to stop arguing with Marcus. Because she knows firsthand how we do lol. But usually I try to uphold good mic etiquette and all that. But again, my bad. I'm no better than CoD kid... :'-(

Good games to the others yesterday. Excuse the distractions during the session and hesitation to a rematch, which may have bothered you. I will give myself time off to regain interest again, because it seems to be very short-term for this game. Hope to change that in the future.

 

oh nono man I didn't HAVE to mute, it was distracting to me because fucking everything is distracting to me, I have adhd lol. any kinda conversation is a bit distracting for me so really it's a good move for me to mute shit when playing.

don't change your shit for me man, you guys we're having fun. If I ever have to mute just for a match it's just me wanting to concentrate harder so I don't look scrubby and have to wait another 20 minutes to play again

awwwww...it's a kodak moment. I'm just kidding. I have a blast in the rooms and I don't mind the noise, although I did miss the hooplah (that's right....hooplah) in the room earlier, I don't mind it at all. Like I said last night, I would only be salty if I lost some money over it.

I was that pai player and I like your Eileen it was as annoying as an eilleen should be especially when I should have won more of those matches we had. This was first time getting a decent look at raze and his Sarah and he didn't disappoint me either. Playing Koenraku was very interesting those I never realized how simplistic and ingenious your tactic is and I was stopping it at certain times but I had to keep it up. I have to stop fooling around when I know I can stop something and just stop it as soon as I know it is coming. It is a shame that nomas never didn't face me practice against a good aoi is always a good thing to have

GGs to all the people I played in ranked too. I got my rank of Guardian back and it seems like I am on the verge of losing it again. I really hate that and need to get smarter with my play overall. There was another pai player I found recently that I like playing with but I can't remember his name and he is 1 of 2 decent pais I have seen recently. Most of them are boring to me in general but I wish I could remember the names of the other 2 decent pai players though oh well.

 

Yeah gg's shadowmaster and everyone else from today, especially Carolina, who's matches felt like a chess match in the one on ones.

Vencabot and KillaKen are the Pai's that give me the most problems, very hard to pull matches from them, always good games...

 

That's just level one of my ninja bullshit lol. Things get more interesting when I know my opponent understands jumonji stance.

 

Yeah I have no matchup experience so every time I challenge koen I get destroyed. Still fun though.
