PSN Good Games

GGs to all great matches last including people like KillaKen (nice close match), Chamame (awesome sarah), Panther_MI (Very aggressive Pai), Rodnutz (Just as tough as always), and everyone else. I almost got to play Masterpo but he instantly declined me oh well maybe next time.

The matches are really hard to come by now that I made it to defender it is as if there aren't many new players playing past 10th dan when I am playing. I will try to play later than my usual time though. I get bored of playing ranked so quickly now that I don't want to play it for too long now.

I think I saw you Happy I but I didn't get to you right away but I see you again I will see seek you out. Trying to find as many new players as I can gets boring fast sorry especially when I am not finding many of them. Sorry dude

 

GGs to everybody I've ran into on Ranked. I've gone back in forth with a few people at my level (Warrior) but haven't been able to play/win enough consistently to rank up.

Koekraku (sp?), Rodnutz, stomp, happy_friend76, JINXHAND, and everybody else... Seems like the only people who keep fighting me are either a class below me (the silver ranks) or a class above me. Usually there good matches though so I can't complain.

There was one guy who was in my class last night who always declined my matches for some reason. Toomuchballz or something... how lame.

I've never fought him. Each time I challenge him he leaves.

Also, shout out to Domaug for reminding me that I'm not that good at this game by beating me senseless with Lion.....jerk....

 

I finally had a chance to see alot of the better people on PSN finally and I had regroup quickly being dropped to Barbarian but I got back to defender as quickly as ever with improved focus and now I am halfway to the next rank. I even play worldwide and had a chance to see de kroet and konradinho. I hadn't played against konradinho's pai in years and reminds alot of Gentlemanthief's pai in how fast and aggressive he was.

I would mention some names but there were too many to mention here but special mention goes to VFnumbers and it amazed me at how much better he is at Lei compared to how he was the last time I saw him in VF5 vanilla. I will need some time to play him some more to get used to him again. He is by far the best lei I have seen so far and I have seen many of them online. Me and him used to go toe to toe but I obviously haven't trained with pai hard enough like he did with Lei oh well.

 

Played a bit of rank tonight. Linked up with a few heads from here. L_A_Akira, VFNumbers, Jaidin, Karn, and others that I can't recall at the moment. GGs to all!

@ L_A_: Dude....wow. I finally get some high level experience against one of my fave characters to watch. That was definitely a fun set. I learned alot despite you styling on me. I still have to get down what I can't interrupt and how I can approach, plus the usual specific junk. But I'm slowly understanding the game better as a whole. Lei Wulong doesn't have shit on that old man, real talk. He oozes creativity you're a beast with him. Truly appreciate you taking the time out to get a set with me.

@ VFNumbers: Man...I don't know what to do with Lei-Fei except block, try to step, and pray to not get frame-trapped lol. You're sick with him. GGs and hope to get more.

M-F-B (VF2011): Groggy, hungry, but GOOD matches! I wouldn't have ever expected that I could absorb so much in such a state, but it ended up being hella educational ("hellacational"), and he's a super-friendly guy. Thanks for offering so much advice and for demonstrating Sarah's strings in detail for me.

Since this is my first post in this thread and one of my first on the site, I also want to give a shoutout to Raze-- (steelbaz) and MrB1G, who are my favorite players on the PSN. Thanks so much for playing so many friendly matches with me; having friends to play with is what makes the game worth playing, and I really appreciate it.

Also, super-thanks to Koenraku (Elite), who I've only fought a few times but who has given me great advice and who was kind enough to even take me aside for special tutoring a couple of days ago to really help me with my fundamentals. Without that training, it probably would have taken me much longer to start really wrapping my head around the close-range poking game. I've really been practicing it a lot, and, when I throw out a risky attack only with the hope that I can catch my opponent slipping, I tell myself, "don't use stupid shit," in your voice.
