PSN Good Games

I'm not saying that he's good, but he's better than he used to be. He's definitely better than JoninAssassin now, who won't even play me anymore. Hopfrog will actually voluntarily fight me. I respect the fact that he's improved and doesn't duck me.

Also, GGs again to Valakrie. Again, I love fighting you! I hope you don't think that I ducked you once I got a win back. I was saving the last replay between us. I thought that it was something special, with both of us doing some really nice things. With the frame display running, I realized how much stuff I should have punished but didn't. Maybe you can get something from it too. I've uploaded the replay.

 

I didn't mean that he is bad. I don't believe that he doesn't abuses that move as much as before. That move was like basic stance for him. lol

 

There's still at least one situation where he'll autopilot it, but overall he doesn't use it nearly as often.

 

GGs to you as well Also I didn't think you were dodging at all, and yes I learned a few things from the replay. There were a lot of throw punishable situations that I could have taken advantage of, but then again this is something that I need to work on for just about every character. I should probably go look at Brad's command list because, one wrong move during his strings can mean half of a bar if I'm not careful!

ggs to a few other people that I've had the chance of fighting including ComaPL, Kamais, Prep, eurogeek, Pana, Neonomide, Badgirl, Hanwiz, Mek-e-no, hades, and a ton of others that I forgot...

 

I'll have to check the replay out, could be beneficial with all the tirip and nomas Aoi stuff I have to deal with lately

Hopefully I can spot all of you online at once and see how Aoi mirrors go

 

Thank you Pana and Lezardoleopardo for games. Even if I got angry about lag, I still appreciate that people try to play this game.

Shinobi- it was great to see a quality Lion that doesn't resort to spammy lows even in the face of stiff competition. I'd like to play like that someday.

Phoxx_- That Blaze was insane! I've never been hammered like that before, I had to check mid-match to see if my controller was switched on.

 

GGs Modelah. i like your Taka and your Lion isn't necessarily the worst i've played. there are plenty of worse Lions out there, trust me.

 

Ha, thanks domaug. Yes, I've been 2KK'd into oblivion many times before, and I don't want to be one of those guys. Too bad we couldn't go a few more rounds the other day!

My Pai made her debut on PSN this past weekend and I must say it was pretty awesome. I had some pretty great matches playing the ranked match rotation. Best of all I manage to kick some ass and take some names. Big shout out to everyone I played especially the Lau in the styling outfit with the impeccable blocking from last night.

Thanks Modelah! Your Lion has a lot of potential. Keep practicing with him, PSN needs more Lion players. My defence is not in a good condition (I had 20 days to play VF), but playing with good players such as you and Phoxx will get me back to shape.

GGs to Alstein, dat turtle Jeff and Van made me rage... just a little bit.
GGs to Elite. I like the fact that it seems like you can't hold back on me anymore. Whereas 4-5 months ago I was a free win. Always willing to play you.
GGs to Pana, We scrapped through lag and still had fun. I think I need to have a bit more "fuck it, i'm going in" attitude to be more consistent against you.

 

My Jeffry is certainly not equipped to deal with defensive players like you...yet GGs as usual.

You're super moral in your choices, that's all. You also fuzzy a lot and cancel your evades which gives Jeff a lot of trouble (or at least when I use him lol). Your style is very well suited for handling Jeffry.

I just need to adjust the way I use him when I fight you.

You are not an aggressive player by any stretch of the imagination. Hades is an aggressive player. You wanna try to incorporate a little bit of that "balls to the wall" style from time to time (which you already have started doing) to keep the opponent honest.

Being moral is definitely stronger overall. Being predictable is not.
