PSN Good Games

GGs to everyone I played today. Sorry for the poor performances; I'm learning Goh as a new character and he's very different from the string-loaded characters I'm used to using (Jacky, Eileen), so I'm finding it difficult to adapt to the sluggish 'one hit at a time' thing, especially since both my usual characters have strings even from their elbows - it's hard not to default to pressing 6P any time I have any kind of frame advantage or see the opponent crouching.

 

GGs to everyone in KingofVF5's room! It was a little laggy but still fun matches. I didnt feel like I was playing up to par but hopefully next time :3

 

GGs P_Rep. These are the things I've noticed:

You like to open rounds with OS 9P a lot. It's a good move, but you should vary your moves at the beginning.

From her tackle, you used 6P+G every time. Also vary this.

You overused P+G. Again, variation is key.

Your favorite move from distance seems to be the high spin kick that grants Vanessa an advantage on guard. I kept crouching and launching you.


I'd mess around with the lower ranks and just try a whole bunch of other stuff. Find out what works, and try to mix it up. And remember, the "best" move for any given situation shouldn't always be used.

 

GGs SilentNephilim, kingo, kingheim (didnt play Pana or anyone else because of..well too-many-victories-kingo ^^).

GGS to BadGirl for long, a bit laggy, but enjoyable session Your Pai is very pleasurable to see, and very hard to beat.

 

GGs to all the VF heads i've played recently.
Special GGs to Elite and Pana.
I WILL be able to beat you two consistently... someday.

Yea you can have several accounts. I got two + one at pal's PS3.

Ggs last night to Modelah, Junkyaxe, VFSUX_TKN4LIFE and eman2, plus some other guys with long names hard to remember.

Seems the general level of play has improved again. I'm gonna have to keep practicing to keep up.

 

GGs El_Twelve from way back. It was laggy, but we made do with what we had.

GGs generalripper. You've definitely improved. I use rising attacks too much, and you made sure you worked off of that a lot.

GG Pana. Hope to fix the connection issue soon.

GGs RockReaper. Hope to get some more games.

 

Oh yes, Libertine. You ate my wake up kick with Brad's mid kick counter 4 times in that match. Final round, me on the verge of death, I figured you wouldn't think I was crazy enough to go for wake up kick again with death on the line, so I went for it and WHOOOPS! Mindgamed myself!

 

GGs Libertine. I feel like I've definitely improved, as I seem to give you at least a little bit of trouble these days. I don't know how you manage to predict and escape EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY GOD DAMN THROWS.

 

His throw break yomi is the best. Either that or he has a cheat controller

GGs to BG_Akira. If you weren't around in the mornings I would have nobody to play most of the time lol.

GGs Valakrie. It's always fun to play against you.

Also GGs to Hopfrog. He still abuses Tenchi, but not as much as he used to do it. He's definitely improved.
