PSN Bad Games

To be fair, Ranked can be a monkey's butt most of the time. We've said in the rooms numerous times how you lose brain cells just fighting in the majority of the Ranked matches. Best thing to do against random tactics is to stay calm and keep a bit of distance (not too much). Dealing with lag tactics can vary depending on the lag Personally, I think it's best to take what opportunities I can get. I have my stuff I like to do but if that isn't working out I see what other options I have. Sometimes, pretty & flashy isn't going to cut it; you gotta go for dirty & ugly at times. The other course of action is to counter the 1-Trick Pony Moves with your 1-Trick Pony Moves when you get the chance. At the very least, the other guy/girl will either freeze up, try to change tactics, ragequit, or leave the room.

Oh, by the way; my Aoi is worse than my Eileen - does nothing but spams reversals all day. She sucks.

 

You forgot to mention you're telepathic, meaning your reversals are 100% accurate.

 

You are so paranoid Genzen you know that what makes you think he is psychic have you thought of just changing your game to keep yourself as random as possible to keep his psychic reads from working seriously?

 

Changing my game would mean I'd have to be good enough to have game in the first place.

A 3 people ducked me today : K999_( fraud ranked avenger, ducks everytime he sees me) Fugassami( Vanquisher.Won the first match and ran, denying my challenges)Kingofvf5fs(Funny name, a conqueror who backs out.and ducks No connection issues at al)

 

^lol....K999 plays me most of the time since he occasionally gets wins with that spammy Pai of his...He "disappears" if I get 3 or 4 wins in a row lol...but yeah, I'm tired of losing to players I know I can outsmart and they are one-trick ponying me with bnb strings and setups. How the heck do you level up defensively in this friggin game lol.

 

I've played Fugassami a couple of times (Just played him yesterday, actually) and he seems like a pretty cool guy, so I'm not sure as to why he would duck rematches (Then again...I never did play him in ranked). But hey I hear ya, I won't name anyone but, if there is anything that annoys me in ranked it is the people who get one lucky win and run for the hills whenever you wanna run it back. It's like really? Don't be a coward ass, stop running.

Also, did Kingofvf5s use Aoi? If so, that's just Newaoibe (sp?) on a different account. Again, I don't know why a player like him would duck if there are no connection issues, but maybe he is like me and just despises the guy in your avatar

Hey I know what you mean, this is the same way that I feel when I am fighting shun and lei fei. Like I'm just sitting there thinking, "wow what a bunch of auto-pilot garbage...". It's almost as though some of these people are just mashing buttons and magic comes out, wtf. The great thing about strings though is that they tend have a lot of openings, so I honestly really can't complain about that. Also, if you dislike strings in this game, you would absolutely hate them in Tekken (and just think, that game has like more than 40 or something characters...)

 

I got DCed today. R-Guzzler or something ran with little bit of health left in his demotion match. That was sad.

Yeah, I don't think I learn well by playing good players either, as I've played Elite/Koenraku a lot of times and still fall for Kage's flip kick +4 moves too much, or his running slide sweep etc...I have a pretty good handle on most jacky's, but Kage, Goh, Vanessa, and Pai still give me a bit too much trouble where it feels like an uphill battle against the character and the player. For me personally, in how I learn by "doing it myself" I think I just have to go and learn all those characters and get decent with them...

The matches had no lag or delay what so ever. If it was so laggy why didn't he deny my second request? We went at it for a couple of matches.

 

You're west coast US, he lives in europe. The game shows 0 bars for a reason, even if you don't think there is any lag between you. Lets be realistic.

i can vouch for this.

i played Kingo and had two bars. no lag, no lag spikes, no problems. the only problem i had is that he destroyed me, but that's my fault. lol

obviously, it'll differ when he plays West Coast players as opposed to East Coast players.

 

Since when did I claim I was the best? Im still not close to being best. People duck me because they don't want to lose xp or get demoted. Kingo I called you a ducker because a few weeks ago we foughta couple of matches, then this week I challenge you and immediately you back out. You're pretty good but the way you back out immediately was suspicious.

 

I don't remember you, sorry... so when I see no-bar grey connection, I back out. Simple as that. Plus, I was busy yesterday playing Pana, someone who has the same rank as me, and with...3 green bars. But feel free to think whatever you want.

I assumed you think you are too good because you say bgs to all people who duck you after you beat them. Maybe you beat me at that time, that's why you think I duck you. But keep in mind that people have different sensibility to lag, maybe it wasn't laggy for you, but for me it was.
