There is no can or can't. You either have won offline tourneys, or you haven't. I don't really believe BBS has even participated in an offline tournament, much less won one. Can you point to a stream archive or online bracket posting that proves you have ever played offline with humans?

ehh, duckers will duck. i have no reason to duck anyone of a higher rank unless i know they do dumb shit (DC, lag switch, etc. but those high ranked players are few and far between surprisingly). i don't have the reason to duck real players who deserve their high rank because A: i can learn from my mistakes against those players and B: i won't lose that much experience anyway compared to losing to someone in my tier.

So i was fighting this guy rank on a 0 bar conn. i usually dnt do this but i said ''y not? it might be decent''. And it was decent. Because of this i played quite a number of times and won a few times. But over time i got pissed because i was losing to basic barebones spam crap. Then he told me that people play like this in 0bars. He had no reason to use this 0 bar style because it was decent connection despite that. Point is dont even take a chance with 0 bars, even if its decent. im just warning those whose dnt know about this. Because its a pain in the ass to deal with + that was my 1st time. Only take chances on those who at least have 1. Praise VF 4 having a good netcode though even in low connection.

If the connection is "decent", "spam" shouldn't be an issue. If something works, it works. Actually, it shouldn't be an issue even if the connection is bad - if you don't like the connection, don't play.
