BGs to K9999. Fraud ranked Assassin lag-warrior. Plays a spamming low-kick, high-kick Pai, and sets the lag running each him he eats a combo or gets knocked down. Game always runs fine whenever he's on the advantage.

 

Yeah, BG's to AfroSamuraixxx as well, his jean is a one mode attack dummy. Had fun teaching him counter hits are bad. Then got mic spammed on playing "desperate"?....He took sweep 7 times in a row while trying to dash step and attack like a wild rabbit. I do know what I'm doing, you got sprayed with the bug spray roach....now crawl back to your trash can.

PS: Bg's to archdukealstein as he pulled on me as well on my win pose screen.

Someone mention AfroSamurai? I met the guy not too long ago; I was just starting to get to punishing the guy when the match was DC-ed - IST ROUND!!! Could've been SEGA/Sony acting up again though.

bordeauxbynight3 - Actually need a confirmation with this one. 1-bar connection but for the most part the match was smooth-running until i was throwing a punishment combo together, then it spiked quite a bit.

Last but not least Shadow-Warrior - I think his named was mentioned before but this knucklehead DC-ed me in Players; when he lost the match. Ranked I can understand but Players?

I'm chiming in on my brother's behalf (MCTripleTrix, who wants to break into the community, soon). I watched his fight with Nanto_Swan_Style, and I was excited to see it because that's an awesome handle, but the dude was cherry-picking, which I find extremely annoying; my brother is a Hunter, and this dude was a Guardian. Anyway, my brother takes him to round 5 and beats him, and Nanto_Swan_Style pulls the plug.

His face is only yellow, but he definitely pulls when he loses. He's a pussy; don't bother fighting him. If you don't give the trolls any play, maybe they'll get bored and go kill themselves.

Bad games picolo whater your tag is. You DC twice in room and refuse to step down, then send messages saying your better than everyone. You were losing and can't play, go somewhere with that garbage.

 

i'm quoting this to not only agree with you, but also mention that i played MCTripleTrix quite a bit yesterday (i think 6 games). he's got potential with Eileen, he just has to practice his defense a bit more. he was picking up on my methods later on but still threw in some predictable strikes.

i'll play him any time in player match if he wants to keep working with Eileen. i'm not very good with Eileen but i could help at least with the defensive stuff.

 

I got only one madpost ever and I think the fight was ok. Very pleased with player manners so far.

 

That's super nice of you to say, man; he'll be excited to hear that. He hasn't been playing for very long at all, and I've been impressed with all of the progress that he's making, but he's kind of stuck at the moment, and so I think that he and I are going to have to work on his weaknesses. When he got to play you, it was right after watching the recorded footage of our VF Circuit bracket, and, as you and he were fighting, he looks at me and says, "Wow, it's like I can kinda imagine what it was like in your bracket!," haha. On a side note, since I didn't know who you were at the time of our match in the bracket (I'm pretty new to VFDC, myself), I was disappointed in myself for not quite taking the win in our match, but, the more that I watch you fight, the more confident I am that you definitely deserved the win over me -- especially after watching the YouTube footage; I wasn't playing especially well, even for me.

I'm sure that he'll be excited to hear that you're willing to work with him, and maybe you'll get a friend request from him when he comes to visit, again, later in the week!

Very. Mixture of trying to play when I was too tired and a million lost inputs made for a very frustrating afternoon.

Wireless still sucks

 

But how do you know when its a wireless connection? I know there's plenty of folks out there that don't know any better, but even two wired connections can have intermittent drops because of the hundreds (or thousands) of hubs and switches in between.

For the record I never play on wireless.

 

I make a point of asking the guy if it feels like a ton of things aren't coming out, and they usually are wireless. You're right that any connection can suck at times, we still get those stutters etc.

 

Did that to me as well. It was a laggy game, and he was grabwhoring and 2p spamming with Sarah. It was 2-1 for him and he almost finished me, but I counter grabbed and won with my El Blaze. As soon as round 5 starts he pulls. I call him a pussy, he says I love cock and blocks me. Good times ^^

 

I was recently blamed for using "lag proof"moves while in ranked. Granted, when you are suffering from lag, your moveset becomes limited, so sadly, you need to adapt to the unexpected environment. Is that a reason to call BG?
I honestly don't think so, but meh.... what are you gonna do?
